This so-called Inn is hands down the most disgusting place I’ve ever encountered in my life. It doesn’t even deserve to be called a hotel—calling it a **dumpster** would be a compliment. I couldn’t even check-in because the **front desk staff are literally never there**! That’s right, there was **no one working** at all, it’s like the place was abandoned. I waited for over an hour, only to be assaulted by the revolting stench of **urine** wafting from the entrance. Just breathing the air felt like a punishment.
To make matters worse, the surrounding area is full of shady characters that make you feel like you’re seconds away from being mugged. There is **zero security**, and the place feels **incredibly unsafe**.
And forget about asking for a refund—**they flat-out refuse**. Their policies seem designed to rip people off. This place is a **disaster**, filthy, unsupervised, and absolutely dangerous. If you’re even remotely considering staying here, unless you want the experience of your worst nightmare, **run far, far away** from this hellhole!

Had to find somewhere to stay in an emergency and was very skeptical after reading the reviews, but was pleasantly surprised. I got talking to the new manager and manageress who have recently taken over and could see that they are trying, we got talking about their plans and they sound so good! Yes the parking isn't great but I parked up a side street and my car was perfectly safe for the 3 days I was here. The rooms were basic and budget but for the price I couldn't complain, they were all having a freshen up whilst I was there. Couldn't fault the new management they were do friendly and accommodating, I wish them every success and will definitely stay again when I'm back in birmingham

Appalling! Didn’t end up staying!! Promoted as having free parking within 1 metre. IT DOES NOT!!! We couldn’t find anywhere to park within four streets of the place! Two friends went in to find out about parking. Nobody on reception,, found the bar which was full of screaming kids running around . Finally someone came to serve and was completely uninterested and unhelpful. Place had a distinctly‘dodgy’ vibe and we didn’t feel happy to stay even if we could have parked the car!! We weren’t expecting luxury, just a clean, safe place to stay and this wasn’t it. Don’t go by their website as it bears no resemblance to the place

This is the absolute worst place l have ever stayed in, in my life! Did not sleep all at all due to men shouting and banging outside the door ALL night. Someone was outside of our room all night! We got dressed at 4am and tried to phone the Management as too scared to leave the room. Man banging on our door by then! No reply so had to call 999 as actually felt extremely unsafe but needed to leave. The owner eventually answered phone and said she didn't know who the man was and that he was not even supposed to be staying there! We were then let out of the place via a back route. Please believe the bad reviews, they are true. I have never written a review before but I have to stop other people using this place. Don't even get me started on the room! Horrendous. Seedy.

PLEASE do NOT stay here!! The room was absolutely disgusting and some random person who was not even staying there got into the premises was banging on our door and shouting all night, my friend and I were very scared. Could not get hold off any staff for hours so was left no choice but to call 999. Not a nice experience at all.

Such a lovely place. All the staff are amazing and helpful, would like to point out these staff member's; Manager: Michelle Bar; J-A-K Cleaner; Luke Would really recommend this place for a quiet getaway. Food was wonderful too! Thankyou so much Kind regards

Arrived in the afternoon the smell of stale beer hits you as you walk up to the reception , Lovely lady served us very polite and helpful got to our room clean and tidy no blind or curtains , goto reception man very helpful and changed the room straight away , when we settled down for the evening bed dipped in the middle , no mattress protector only 1 very flat pillow on bed, no coffee facilities, stains on base of bed rubbish left in drawers, no remote for TV when reported was told it had been stolen , Towels provided and the old fashion small soap provided. Although it was a cheap room you do expect to be able to sleep, doors being shut loudly by other guests if the slow hinge was applied this could be avoided, very noisy place , won't be staying here again .

This is by far the worst place I have ever experienced. I had something crawling on/in my bed so didn't sleep at all. (no reception after 12)!! In the morning, our car was blocked in by some van and no one at the reception until 8am so had to wait. Walked across the road to buy a coffee as nothing is available until 8am at this place. There was no kettle in the room. Zero points for cleanliness!!! Unfortunately I am unable to post the video of the thing crawling on/in the bed.
