Had a two night stay here with my family and it was perfect. Rooms a good size and staff very friendly. Diane who was on breakfast duty was very good and breakfasts were great with a big selection. Will defo. be going back as price was value for money.

Lovely stay. Very friendly helpful staff. Bus right outside to city centre, lots of shops close by. The breakfast was so nice, and very good value for money, Diane one of the staff was so accommodating. Very clean, comfortable room, quiet at night, so a good sleep. Great weekend for family gathering. Will return

We were greeted by Steve in reception, what a lovely man, and very good at his job. We had been travelling all day from Ireland and were feeling grimy, so we went straight to bed. The second day we asked for our bedding to be replaced, but it was not ‘company policy’. The following day we asked for our bedding to be replaced, but it was not it ‘company policy’. Very disappointed with the response.

The bed in room 117 was so so uncomfortable, I barely slept a wink…and there was a lot of general noise coming from next door/outside…I’m actually really disappointed because I chose premier in because I have always had good stays however last night was not very good at all…

Overall please with everything, food and staff, nice place, easy to find, was an enjoyable experience.A special thanks to the chef Tracy for an amazing breakfast, and Lady Di for looking after my Father and I, top service for a reasonable price.

Very pleasant stay. Despite arriving real late at night we were made to feel most welcome from the second we arrived. Very comfort rooms. The lady who served us our breakfast, Di, made us feel very much ‘at home’. No hesitation in recommending. Thank you.

Good Location, Friendly staff, great hot breakfast. Room very small despite paying extra for a premier plus room. Two persons could not pass each other at the foot of the bed. Hotel very clean and in good general condition. A bit light on staff at reception at times.

Booked as a group of 3 all at same time, all paid same price, one group had a Premier plus room when I asked why, was told they're lucky, I am not. Staff are rude, rudest staff I've ever dealt with. Hotel is good value for money but if you have a problem the staff are awful.

Comfy beds, clean room, all facilities you would expect. Unfortunately, terrible smell like drains or damp pervading from bathroom. Extremely slow service at breakfast which arrived cold apart from vegan sausages. Obviously, the rest of the breakfast was plated whilst they cooked the sausage!
