The hotel was but no free wifi. If you want one need to pay 14£ for 7 days.

Quite place to stay bug room. Excellent staff and food

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Travel Lodge Fort Dunlop, the hotel is clean the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the food is excellent. I would definitely stay there again on my next travel to the UK and will recommend this hotel ro my friends.

There are no facilities. I canceled my reservation for 1 day. The staff told me to refund the money to my credit card. Now I'm waiting. Thank you

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly, and Tracy especially was a wonderful person who made us feel at home. It was also at a very ideal location in case you would want to go anywhere in the city or anywhere else would definitely recommend

What's not to like. Great surroundings Spitfire Island is but a jaunt away Fantastic staff. Speak to them they are really nice. Wonderful food. I ordered food..and I got the food that I ordered. In room masseuse (may not bebtrue) and he is a Bavarian mid wrestler)

Lovely breakfast but needs to serve goat head. Comfortable sleep. Good and helpful staff, Emma R and Jaimie. The free parking is great. Justin gas been helpful throughout my stay. I will definitely be back next year Thank you all ..........

Staff are really friendly right across the hotel nothing is too much bother for them. Tracy and bar staff are very helpfull at all times the managers bend backwards to help if you ask for it hotel clean and very friendly 7 of us were booked in as high storms took roof off our apartments and from day one everyone went above board to make us welcome breakfast was plenty and filling rooms very comfortable and clean they had to change the boilers when we were there brown water for about 10 mins but cleared and was not a problem for us but one man never shut up about it looking for a free holiday as running tap cleared it normal hot water resumedsad to be leaving as stay was top notch hopefully c all the staff again to repay their kindness to wards us at a stressful time

Great hotel keep coming back when working in the area it’s on another level since the refit. But the staff are always friendly and helpful . Emma p and Tracey , jama aswell are great with everyone . I will always use this place when I work here as I’m always made to feel welcome.

Emma P & Tracy made us feel very welcome and the bar/cafe was very clean and a great place to relax in the evening. Rooms were very clean and spacious, really great value for money compared to other "chains" Will definitely stay again in the future

Customer Service is exceptional, Emma P and Tracy were amazing. Nice newly furbished bar cafe. Looking forward to the £9.99 breakfast tomorrow. Best Travelodge I've stayed in. Free Car Parking too...................................

Well after running the water for 10mins only to find the sludge still running. I went down to reception to complain and all they said was "we've had 2 boilers replaced". There was no mention of this when I checked in and the receptionists advice was to run the taps. I told her I'd already ran it for 10mins and her response to the other receptionist was "well I don't know who to call". I then suggested I go to the bar while they think of something and their only compensation was a free drink. The TV's and very small and very out of date with no HD functions.
