The car park is conveniently located nearby and offers a secure environment. Breakfast is available as early as 6:30 AM, including the option of a warm English breakfast—an ideal, time-saving solution. Overall, it was a very pleasant hotel experience

Looks like a really nice hotel check in was ok apart from having to change rooms staff was polite great customer service the room was nice the only thing i would say is to have the reception/ check in separate and abit more noticeable as when you walk in you can't initially tell or see where the reception/ check in is no major things to add or anything bad would Deffinately stay again

Overall, it is a good price for where and what it is. Wasn’t able to find one matching it at the time of booking, and it is turning out to be a good decision and stay.

The hotel's breakfast is an absolute delight! A vast array of delicious dishes, from fluffy pastries to savory hot meals. The staff's attentive service made every morning truly special. Highly recommended!

It is very close to the New Street station. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room has all the amenities needed for a short stay.

Lovely location. Shower was gorgeous- it was a waterfall. The view wasn’t great but the hotel is in a fab location. Staff were helpful. Bed wasn’t too comfy

The hotel is very handy for gigs at the O2 Academy, as it is a short walk from there. Rooms are quite basic, though adequate for a one night stay. The washbasin in our room did not drain very well, but we managed. Also there is no wardrobe or even a rail to hang up clothes. There were two clothes/coat hooks near the door, but nothing else. We managed with hanging clothes on the back of a chair. However, these are minor issues and I would stay again.
