Birmingham Strathallan Hotel, BW Signature Collection anmeldelser

Actually it's a 2star hotel. It's about 3 kilometers from the center. It has very small rooms, no clothes closet, very dirty toilets at the reception, poor breakfast. Elevator was out of service. There were also some spider webs on the walls. I definetely don't recommend this hotel It was one of the most non friendly hotel i have ever stayed!!

Absolutely awful experience! The room was small smelly and stuffy. Despite turning the radiator setting to zero the room was unbearably warm. I called reception and flagged that the air con unit in the room wasn’t working as it was blowing warm air. They were unable to help further and couldn’t reallocate us to another room. There was a window but due to safety regulations it couldn’t be opened. Needless to say we had zero sleep! Whilst the location is great the hotel itself has nothing to offer. It really needs a renovation the plumbing is old and you can hear when other residents are either flushing toilet or in the shower.there was a foul odour in the room and corridors which the receptionist said was due to old plumbing. I wouldn’t advise staying here much nicer places in the area and not worth the £!

The hotel is located outside Birmingham city centre but there is a handy bus stop just in front 9f the hotel connecting with Birmingham New Street. The hotel is not modern but clean and value for money. The bed is comfortable and the usual Kettle, Coffee and Tea are available. Breakfast was good and more than sufficient. Unless you need to be in the centre this hotel is certainly worth a stay.

Really enjoyed my stay at the strathallan. Some rooms are a bit dated but If you upgrade to the nicer rooms you definitely get what you pay for. Still overall a good hotel for the price point and good location

Really clean and beds was so comfortable

The room was too cold during the winter.. the heater is not strong enough. Not suitable for those who are not able to tolerate the cold weather.

I feel strange that room size of twin bed room and double bed room has big difference. high recommend double bed room.

Best described as the nearly hotel. It just falls short on minor things. Shower hose was kinked so poor shower...

Fabulous hotel, brilliant location. Very clean, bedroom amazing very spacious and comfy, would definitely use again

Nice spacious accommodation and location. Polite staff and large reception areas.

The rooms could be comfier, the bed ans pillows were of low quality causing pain and inabilty to get enough rest for the following days
