Good accommodation at the great location of sonajhuri hut and one can experience the beauty of nature of this staying. However as the location is away from the town, so necessary shops are not there. Good overall experience.

I booked a four bedded room, ac, gyser was working, washrooms are clean and dry, bed, blankets are neat and clean and properly washed, we did not get any bad odur. There was not pests/insects inside the room. This hotel is located inside sonajhuri haat, so once you come out of the gate, you are into the haat. Authentic bengali food available at their restaurant - fresh and delicious. Parking space is available. The hosts are very good, response from the helpdesk is prompt and fast. Overall a we had a wonderful stay. The next time, i go, i'll definitely choose this hotel.

The hotel is excellent, the staff are all very cordial, helpful. They are always at your service. The rooms are all beautiful and draws an image of rural life. Pers cuts are frequent but power back up is always there, though ac s will not run during power cuts. Foods are delicious though a bit expensive. The only concern is drinking water, they only offer 1 litre water bottle complimentary per room per day. You have to buy drinking water if you want to use more. No water purifier is there in this hotel. Overall, a satisfying stay.

The best thing is the food quality. Room and room services were also good. If anyone visit in santiniketan and want to feel the actual tradition of sonajhuri and santiniketan i strongly suggest to stay there.

Worst possible experience. Booked best room at high price. AC not working. Room service horrible. No help from the front office. Have to leave after a night even after paying for two days. Nothing refunded. Avoid this horrendous property or else they will convert your holiday into nightmare

Location is away from town and in the middle of khoai haar .
Food is average, not so good.
No such amenities is there available , wifi is also not worked properly, in the resort phn line is very disturbing and I am not able to phn anyone and I have to walk 2km away from the resort to avail phn call properly.
Services are very poor, the behaviour of the manager and the staffs are not annoyed me. Overall my experience is very bad 😔
