Rooms were very clean.Food and services were good.
Location of the property is reachable from every centre of attractions of the shantiniketan.

The property is a gem in that locality. It is across a huge area surrounded by the Kopai River. The cottages are strategically built with each cottage facing the Kopai river. We stayed in a duplex, and the experience was excellent. The complimentary buffer breakfast had sufficient variety (including two varieties of fruits). The staff are cordial and helpful. One of the memorable experiences is of Golf cart service from the cottages to the reception or restaurant. Overall, it was a wonderful experience for my family.

Very neat and clean property. Swimming pool is nice. Breakfast spread is really great. Staff behaviour is highly appreciated.

Selected from makemytrip & found satisfactory. The distance is little far from bolpur station, but the location & view is excellent.

Property was not cleaned well. Lizards are in the washroom, insects are in the room. No cleanliness in the swimming pool as well. There is no changing room and shower ***** with the pool.
Rooms have damps, bad smell coming from the room and washroom. Housekeeping service is very slow. Room Service is very poor, it took 1.25 hours to deliver the fish kebab to the room. The restaurant is very unhygienic. Full of bees in the restaurant, you can't eat properly due to bees. The entry road is very poor. They don't have any channels on TV, it is just a dummy. Washroom taps are not working properly.
Moreover very poor management.
