Highly recommended to visit, Staff is amazing service. Beautiful cafe to see the sunset

From my room, the view is beautifully natural, and around the hotel, there are facilities such as flying fox activities to enjoy. It is a great place for family bonding.

Suitable for honeymooners here.quiet and nice scenery if we booked a room which is on top of the hill.there's buggy services to and fro from lobby to room and room to restaurant.all staffs there are friendly and polite. M.Arvin the receptionist is very helpful and can rely on whatever guests needed.he recommended us to a nice seafood restaurant which is not really far and he even drive us to the restaurant after his duty.price also reasonable as we could get fresh live seafood.really a nice person M.Arvin. De Bintan Villa located quite far from shops.so my advice is do shop whatever you think you need before arrive to de bintan villa.

Pleasant stay at de Bintan Villa with friendly staffs and customer service! Really enjoy the stay here, a great escape from the hustle bustle cities. There’s a mini zoo in the villa too!

Staying at the Cabin Villa at De Bintan Villa has been such a delightful experience! I’m so happy to be back, and this time I had the chance to try their new cabin with its serene sea view. The staff here are incredible and truly made my stay feel warm and welcoming. Plus, the room was spotlessly clean, which made it even better. The journey started smoothly with Bobby, who picked me up and made the drive comfortable and enjoyable. Agus who sent me back to ferry terminal is awesome too ! At the Cabin Villa, Erni and Deka were always there with bright smiles and friendly service, making sure everything was perfect. Andy, who drove me between the Cabin Villa and the Cliff Cafe, was also exceptionally warm and friendly, which made the experience even more pleasant. At the Cliff Cafe, Suhardi and Seltiya provided attentive and helpful service, making me feel right at home. Overall, it was a wonderfully warm and enjoyable stay with a great room and kind people with beautiful smiles. Thank you so much for everything, and I can’t wait to come back again!

The service was terrible there was no hot water in the days when we stayed and when we called to the reception they was very impatient tone,they didn’t even do any immediate action so we waited for about an hour and we called the second time the worst things is they just hang up my call！There were also missing amenities that make our stay uncomfortable .Hope they can make something about it.

酒店環境不錯，早餐豐盛，有免費接送的車（從酒店大堂到房間）。酒店工作人員很友好。但是房間隔音太差，可以聽見路上的車聲音

食物不錯，早餐蠻豐富的，酒店內很多娛樂設施。適合一家人出行。

房間有蟲子 但是酒店環境挺好的 像度假村

Nice location with great scenery. Must have a car for easier access, if not it’s gonna be tough. Surrendered by the forest and there’s a restaurant available. Kind of noisy when the insects are making noises. Got private villa which is good to stay too.

British mum and daughter, stayed 3 nights 4 days. This place was incredible. Right in the jungle, treetop stays - the photos and websites do not do it justice for what this place actually is. An infinity pool and whole villa to yourself overlooking the whole island. A cliff cafe with beautiful sunsets. I was taken back by this place. I have stayed in beach resorts on Bintan and they are nothing compared to this. If you really want the beach, stay one night at Lagoi bay then head to this place. So much more to offer and for the money, it’s ridiculous what you can get. The restaurant also was lovely food, something for everyone, discounted for guests. Also if you are into activities they have plenty, but we just chilled in our villa with our pool and it was serenity. I promise you won’t be disappointed.
