Holiday Inn Resort Bintan Lagoi Beach by IHG

Facilities are very new. The room is spacious. Dining place is limited but you can also go to Indigo of the same group to have more choices of food and for the beach. Staff is also very friendly and helpful

Had 2 nights with Holiday Inn Resort Bintan Lagoi Beach. Overall - Fantastic Stay. Touched down in the morning. Went around the resort. Need to orientate yourself with the place. Remember to scan the QR code in the room for all the information including the resort map. Had a super early check-in at around 11am. That's very nice of them to Whatsapp me. It is indeed a good direct platform to ask questions and get information from the hotel in a quick manner. Played the outdoor water playground with my kids, checked out the Mangrove House activities. Please request the hotel side to send you the day activities of the Mangrove House so you don't miss the activities you want to participate. So you can plan on what you want to do for the days you are there. The stay is also just beside Hotel Indigo. Which cater another food selection in the from the restaurant SugarBeats. Beach was nice and clean. With small resting couches with pillow. Every where you go. You can just rest on those couches. This is something that I like. Just 1 bad point - The hotel staff should look at how to reduce the population of the houseflies. I feel like it is quite irritating when we are having the meals. Experienced this during indoor and our outdoor meals.

Totally enjoyed our stay with 4yo daughter & 8 mth young son. Staffs were all super friendly & helpful. They greet us everytime they sees us . & v thankful because they went extra mile to change our room upon request to be right beside our friend’s room. The location of hotel is abit uluu but jus stayin within hotel compound or to neighbour Indigo hotel is enough fun for 3d2n.

The room is spacious and staff are friendly. All facilities and meal options are are kids friendly.

Was a great weekend get away from Singapore. Hotel is brand new! Everything was good. No complaints.

Just finished out stay with Holiday Inn Bintan. Just want to give a shoutout to Ibu Nunu and the team for their top notch hospitality. We need to change our ferry booking n moved it earlier as our daughter is having a high fever. Ibu Nunu and the team swiftly arranged to change the ticket, arrange a quick breakfast to our room and arrange a private transport so we can reach ferry terminal on time to catch the ferry. We are very grateful for the help. Overall it’s a very pleasant stay. Newly built resorts with nice facilities. Specially love the swimming pool and facilities for kids. We will definitely be back here again
