Four Points by Sheraton Bintan, Lagoi Bay

This is our 2nd stay with Four Points by Sheraton Bintan and we are still very happy with it. Thank you Front Office Manager Niko and team to help upgrade our suite to the beachfront villa which bought us a different wow experience, especially for our kid who enjoyed it so much! Also a BIG Thank You to the management and all hotel staff! Though it was the Hari Raya long weekend with full house guests, every hotel staff is very busy but they are so warm and patient to guests’ asks. You all make us want to come back again! 🌺

Allow me to share my honest review; Hotel Management & HR Team: "Excellent", as per photo attached, they did put effort to my special request to fulfill. Thank you. Hotel Reception: "Terrible", we checked-in on 29 Mar'25, the female receptionists are too slow and showed attitude, something like very long face,they don't look happy to either serve customers or love what they're doing, they looked so stressful. The male receptionists are just okay, they still manage to communicate with smily face and tried their best to be fast. Hotel Cleanliness: "Okay" ,no dusty Hotel Food: Breakfast menu have variety of choices and some are tasty. Late night room service foods are cold and hard. Hotel Location & shuttle bus: Just away 10-15min from ferry terminal. Be aware of shuttle bus arrangement, we placed our luggage inside the bus and waiting in the lobby bcox the bus scheduled to leave at 11:30am, suddenly the bus was leaving around 11:15am without us, the staff simply said the seat was full, that's why bus left. We followed with another bus and found our luggage put in the open corridor alone.

Great service and environment! Was upgraded froYm executive suite to a villa! Thank you very much! A pleasant and relaxing stay there.

Excellent stay at Four Points Sheraton. The facilities are new and the room is clean. Outstanding service all round. The property shares a beach with Hotel Indigo and The Sanchaya, which we stayed previously and also thoroughly enjoyed. The beachfront is broad, and you can walk for a couple of hours along the beach along the intertidal zone (including out to an island that’s you might otherwise have to swim out to at high tide). Food is decent, and Warung Yeah! is a terrific restaurant located just a few minutes walk away on the beach. We would not hesitate to return here.

The entire hotel is cool. The service is so friendly. Rome is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is sumptuous and delicious. The beach is touching and overwhelming. All my family members are happy for this stay.

The perfect place for staycation 😊 The location is very near to ferry terminal, it is beachfront, and very relaxing. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The foods were great! We love everything about our stay 😊 Highly recommended!
