Good location, food was great, all staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool and spa were very dirty and it was obvious they had not been cleaned. The garbage cans had not been emptied. the handrail to the spa was broken and it was a 2 foot step to the seating.

Service employees were very helpful and competent. Breakfast was varied from cereal to hot food and waffles. Location great and accommodations were spacious and very nice.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn. The room was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend the Hampton Inn Biloxi.

My wife and I spent 4 days in Perdido Key Fl on the beach for vacation. Then, on to Biloxi for a Lynyrd Skynyrd concert Saturday night. We booked a room through Trip.com prior to arrival. We had a nice drive from Perdido Key and were quite surprised at the beauty of the beaches of Biloxi. When we pulled up to the hotel, pleasantly surprised at the condition of the Hampton Inn. The pool is great, plenty of shaded parking, very clean and up to date. The staff was great and even let us check in a bit early with an upgraded room with a view of the beach. The room was clean and comfortable. Microwave and refrigerator in the room. Elevators were quick. Slept great. Breakfast was really good and, again, all staff were very nice and helpful. Will definitely stay there again if revisit Biloxi.
