We got changed into 3 different rooms. The first one had female long black hair in the shower on the walls. Trash under the bed. The second one had a fried phone cord, **** under the bed blood in the bathroom, coffee maker was absolutely gross there was a hole in the bathroom door. neither of the two rooms were even cleaned. The 3rd room the front desk lady inspected with us this one was cleaner but still wasn't very clean. Safe to say we will not be staying here again. Front desk lady was very nice and the manager was nice. Breakfast was great. But the rooms were gross. If I could rate this hotel it would be -0 on cleanliness. But over all sweet workers very kinda people.

Didn’t know about the $100 deposit for locals could have something on web sight and the $5 wrist band to go swimming. For $20/30 more if they had an opening I could of went to the one I do enjoy staying at commons inn with the 5 hot tubs and swimming pool. The shower was hot. Did have someone else’s hair in the food that I pulled out I did right a review on google about it. I’ll make sure to get pics next time.

The card key’s didn’t work the first time, had them rekeyed and still had trouble getting them to work. There wasn’t enough toilet paper for one sit down. The TV had no signal and the phone was disconnected so I couldn’t call the front desk.
The best thing about the place was that the fridge worked.
1 out of 5 stars. Very disappointed with HoJo.

4 stars for cleanliness because the non-smoking room smelt like cigarettes. But they gave us a different room without any hassles.

This was the DIRTIEST HOTEL I have ever been to. I was traveling with family from Gillette WY & had to sleep in Billings, MT. The reception person told me that it was a 3 star hotel. NO ITS NOT. We went to the room and it was horrible. Dirt sheets, dirt sink, dirty shower, hair everywhere. We asked for a refund because we could not sleep in such filthy and they refused to refund us even though we only went to the room for 10 minutes. Avoid #HowardJohnson and #Wyndham hotels.

I’m a truck driver I spent two nights here on day of checkout clerk was rude. Woke me up at 7:30 AM requesting payment which I paid cash for second night. He tried charging my card without authorization. I explained to him I paid cash. He contacted the clerk who checked me in and I never heard back from him not even an apology nor an explanation for his actions

Overpriced unsafe and filthy Hairs on bed. Smudges on mirrors counters not stopped wiped down. Smell of mildew and urine. Mold in shower. Food container lid stuck to wall between beds doors don't shut fully and struggle to open from inside full fire hazard
