It was a good experience overall, with a central location. The staff was very friendly and responsive. Also, the room was comfortable. The hotel overall and the facilities looked a little bit old, also the breakfast should have more variety of vegetables available. If I come back to Bilbao, I'll consider staying in this place again.

It's a nice hotel. Everything you need is there. Good city part around. But the devil was hidden in the details. 1) Upon checking in, I discovered hair from a trimmed beard in the shampoo holder on the sink (while I was yelling and running around in circles my partner had just rinsed it off). 2) Centuries of dust on the shelf and TV. 3) The clock on March 01, 2024 is still set one hour ahead. at 8:40pm I get dressed and run out to a meeting by 9pm. which as it later turns out will be in 1.20 minutes. Answer: the technician is no longer at the hotel today, we will let him know. March 04, 2024, at the time of our departure, the clock is still showing the wrong time. And I thought: "ok we can live with that". BUT 3) The room is hot, it's really hot. We Germans and so used to sleep at +17 degrees at night (save money energy and its healthy))). Also my the partner does not tolerate the heat at all (Also if you have age changes or something else... It could be horror). The answer from the hotel: "It's winter, the air conditioner only works for heating". This we find out after we have been "cooling" for a day and a half (but the hotel description has 138 rooms with air conditioning!?). 4) We get a fan to cool down. 5) I discover that the sheets are 50 percent and the pillows are 52 percent synthetic. ((at this point, I realize why they are so sweaty and sweltering to sleep in. I know its subjective). This hotel recived 3 out of 5 in my rating. P.S.: The glasses were not washed perfectly (it's just gazpacho, not oil paint and black tea) The toilet paper holder is positioned so that you hit it with your butt every time you sit down on the toilet, and when you sit down it rests on your chest

The hotel boasts an excellent location with easy access to various tourist attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with attentive and warm service. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. It provides great value for money, making it ideal for both family and business travelers. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip.

The hotel has a good location within 10 minute walk from Abando train/metro station. Unfortunately this hotel was disappointing because of the following points: Room was not suppled with milk or enough hot drink stackers for two guest and when calling reception in the morning, they said we had to go down to reception to get them Room did not have any toiletries in the bathroom and again we were asked to go down to Reception to get them Room was unclean with dusty desk They supplied water and no bottle opener to open it with One of the key points that attracted us to book this hotel above the others was the Spa. This was not free for hotel guests and on Sunday it only opened in the morning meaning we ended up not taking advance of this facility

This hotel is in a great spot in a great city. It’s within walking distance of most central attractions and has an adorable coffee shop across the road. Hotel itself has a nice atmosphere with the quiet bar and tv screens in lobby where guests sit and relax. Would stay again.

A bed and pillows is hard but for one night is great place to stay.

It is not as good as excepted, but the location is quite convenience as there is a tram station nearby. The room is a bit not as clean as excepted but still is a good choice to stay as the price is not so high.

Lovely hotel and service. The hotel is modern, is in an incredible location too as it is a few minutes walk from the main sights.

Excelente relación precio calidad. Desayuno muy bueno. Personal muy atento. Spa con costo extra de 15€, la parte de “vapor” está a temperatura más baja de lo adecuado, la parte de piscinas está muy bien. El gimnasio solo tiene una máquina, caminadoras y bicicletas. Habitación amplia y hotel con muchos detalles que hacen la estadía más agradable

酒店位置不錯，徒步十分鐘可達古根海姆博物館，距離老城也很近。房間乾淨，停車方便（地下停車庫），早餐不錯。唯一有點麻煩的是，導航到了酒店，但酒店正門並不沿街，而是要登上樓外石梯到3層，才是前台（下圖1）。但前台瞭解了沿街大門和地下車庫的開門方法後，倒也方便。

房間乾淨寬敞，冬天有熱巧克力暖胃。前台熱心推薦了旅遊線路，步行去古根海姆美術館十分鐘，沿河邊走走非常愜意。

Нет в этом отеле туалетных ёршиков. Я не понимаю этого прикола. Я не хочу себя чувствовать неловко и тд. Но эту проблему не решили.(((( не важно где я нахожусь - дома или в гостях, или в отеле - унитаз после физиологических отправлений должен чистым. Или рядом с номером должен быть приставлен работник, сразу же идущий убирать и мыть?
