Lovely Resort, had a comfortable stay in a family room which was clean tidy & well equipped for a few nights stay. Thoroughly enjoyed the food, a variety of dishes were available to us & i’d also like to mention a special thanks to the general manager, Dhanuwardhan Singh & the chef for being extremely accommodating of my dietary requirements and going out of their way to prepare my food without onion & garlic. Your service and hospitality truly made our stay in Bikaner worthwhile.

Heritage Resort Bikaner is a little peace oasis in the very animated city of Bikaner. The rooms are quiet, clean, and have everything you could wish for. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, the food of the restaurant is very good, and the gardens provide a feeling of freshness and peacefulness.

Excellent property, very spacious rooms with separate dressing room and bathroom. Good privacy and a quiet place on the highway, well connected , comfortable, clean and well maintained. Nice swimming pool, good cuisine, nice service and staff. Free accommodation with food for drivers.

Thanks to the chef who made us some great, spicy dishes. Thanks also to Satyadev, Jitendra, Abhay, Pankah and Naina for their excellent table service with smiles, kindness and delicacy, everything perfect, thank you, thank you! The room was very clean as the restaurant.

It’s a good resort situated a little out of the city. The property features a good and clean swimming pool area, aesthetic looking cottages amidst articulately designed pathways and good rooms giving you the vibe of being in a ‘Rajasthani Haveli’. The overall experience has been nice. However, the room keeping practices need a little more development. I would recommend this place for a staycation, leisure and a little unwinding that you might need in the midst of nature.

Heritage Resort is a 25 year Old Very Well Maintained Heritage Resort on the crossroads of Jodhpur - Jaipur - Sri Ganganagar Bye pass road approximately 8/10 kms away from the bustling Bikaner City. You need to have your own vehicle to visit Bikaner City. The Resort is very nicely built & spread out with Cottages with All modern Amenities of tea/coffee maker with quality toileteries & towels. Room was very well decorated with several Bikaner’s most famous miniature art floral paintings. The bed was huge & very comfortable. Bathroom was very good with piping hot water available 24/7. There was a small swimming pool right in the middle of the Resort. The restaurant was highly decorated with hand made paintings of possibly Queens of the Royal Family of Bikaner. Both Breakfast & Dinner was Excellent. All the Staff right from the door ***, reception, housekeeping & restaurant were very efficient, cooperative, courteous & ready to go that extra mile to comfort the guests. We were so impressed by the well maintained resort that it didn’t Look at all a 25 year old property. It Looked as if it was 2/3 years old only. Overall Ambiance of the Resort was Excellent. The property is about 20-25 mins from the city. We had a wedding planned here with half the family staying at Heritage and other half at Vesta. Service was good, reception responded in 7-10 mins on requests for hangers and cleaning the room. However, they have specific timings for cleaning, one day we requested for same and it was declined saying the staff will be there after 1pm. Rooms have latch locks and keys are very heavy, if you loose them there is a fine of 2000rs. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Washrooms have ample space. Hot water is available and takes 3-4 mins after opening the tap. We didn't have any meals here but the morning and evening tea service by the pool was great. I would stay again :)

What was good? EVERYTHING.. The staff,the food,spa,pool,the ambiance.if your looking for a great place to relax with your family don't look any further. Will be my go to place whenever coming back to bikaner.

This place which is named HERITAGE RESORT BIKANER in my opinion is definitely not a resort by any stretch of imagination.At best,to me it looks like a 3 star lodge where the ambience/atmosphere is absolutely zero.When we checked we were the only people at the reception desk,in the lobby,in the restaurant and in the tiny compound(besides the local workers)It's an ideal place for a stopover for 1 night which is what we were doing as we were on our way to Jaisalmer.The only saving grace about this extremely ordinary place is its cleanliness. Otherwise to that zero pulling power
