No complementary tea, coffee, milk etc No double bed instead pretty basic sofa bed We’re led to believe that there was a bar at hotel but apparently closed six months ago Very poor swimming pool. Very small and very shallow. Would not recommend. Staff were not helpful about suggesting local bars/restaurants / did not seem to know the area

Good basic Appart’hotel. Rooms were spacious enough and the outdoor pool was nice for a dip. The indoor pool with sauna etc definitely gave the standard of the hotel a boost. Nice 1 mile walk along the coastline into the city centre, or the bus stop is close to the hotel. Areas for improvement/watch-outs….. our room was not cleaned once in 4 days. The amenities were pretty basic for an Appart’hotel - for 4* you would expect ac in the rooms but sadly not (reception loaned us a fan). Contrary to the info on the booking- no parasols are but the pool area and earned- there is no food/drink provision after breakfast. Finally, remember they’ll hold a 150euro deposit to ensure you leave the appt “tidy” - so make sure you do. Would stay here again but the above points would improve the overall experience.

The apartment was spacious and the indoor pool area was pleasant if not a little soulless. However I wouldn’t stay here again. My issues were: the coffee machine was full of mould; the reception was closed when we arrived and we had to wait ages for a rather unfriendly receptionist; we got locked out one day as card stopped working and again we had to wait ages for reception. However my major complaint was, we had to pay a deposit that was returned to you only after an overly thorough apartment inspection! I can understand if you damaged something significant but honestly we were told to clean finger marks off the toaster!! We had paid to stay there and were treated like we were at boarding school or something!! On the plus side, there was good parking and it was walking distance into Biarritz, so great spot.

Check in time of 5 is quite simply ridiculous especially since you have to be out by 10am plus reception is only open at certain times. staff at reception not rude but not polite either. Staff in restaurant were friendly and helpful. Pool and facilities were very good and loaction was very good once you don't mind a small bit of walking or the local bus service is excellent.

Check the photo. I’m so sad that I have to stay here for another three days but I’m ready to say this was such a bad choice. Check in is at 5 with no exceptions and nowhere to sit. It was 37° and they locked us outside for 3 hours. Check out is 10am or you’re fined. It’s like living in a loud city apartment block. There are threats of fines and expenses against you at every turn. A good day for us was when we were out. The facilities are made of plywood and there’s no ac. Even our hard to break spirit of get in with it can’t take this place. Don’t be fooled. It’s all show and now substance. Cannot wait to leave.

Une catastrophe. Chambre infestée de punaises de lit. Information confirmée par les professionnels mandatés par la résidence avec un test. La solution : chambre mitoyenne que je refuse évidemment car par définition les punaises se propagent à une vitesse folle. Non me répond la responsable, euhhh la directrice qui est directrice depuis 7 ans ( elle me me dit et re dit ), m'explique que les professionnels ont aussi testé la chambre proposée. Ok, sauf qu'elle les contacte pour " me rassurer ", elle met le haut parleur et j'en profite pour interroger le professionnel sur le test de la chambre mitoyenne. Ah non, je n ai pas fait de test . Bing, je confirme mon refus de dormir dans une chambre mitoyenne à celle qui est infestée de punaises. Elle me trouve donc un logement côté rue, où l'odeur est pestinentielle. Ma fille est asthmatique sévère. Elle tousse, début d'une crise d'asthme Je redescend à la réception, il est 18h35 je fais des allés retours depuis 11h00 ce matin.....la directrice me contacte par téléphone sur ma demande pour NON PAS TROUVER UNE SOLUTION MAIS ME DEMANDER DE ME TAIRE ET DE NE PAS ÉBRUITER LA PRÉSENCE DES PUNAISES DES LITS. Que je porte atteinte à l'image de la résidence. JE LUI INDIQUE QUE JE NE SUIS PAS SON EMPLOYÉE,ET QUE JE SUIS EN DROIT DE DIRE ET D ECRIRE CE QUE JE VEUX DÈS LORS QUE CE N EST NI MENSONGER NI DIFFAMATOIRE. Revoyez votre vocabulaire madame, mes propos sont vrais, et pas mensongers, ni diffamatoires. Revoyez votre vocabulaire madame la directrice à qui je souhaite bonne lecture. DONC MADAME MERCI DE NOTER QUE JE NE SUIS PAS VOTRE EMPLOYEE, NI VOTRE PAILLASSON. Établissement à fuir et pas digne d'un 4 étoiles....d'ailleurs les autres commentaires semblent le confirmer. Je ne tolère pas chère directrice depuis 7 ans que vous me teniez des propos de la sorte, tant sur le fond que sur la forme.

Hôtel 4 étoiles qui ne les vaut pas du tout. Chambre pas prête à notre arrivée, 1h d'attente pour qu'au final le ménage ne soit pas fait correctement. Draps et couettes tachés. D'ailleurs c'est à vous de faire votre lit ! La poussière je vous en parle même pas. Le SPA... Hamman hors service, enfants présents, la peinture au mur s'écaille... Bref rien ne va. Je ne le déconseille pas mais clairement les 4 étoiles ne sont pas méritées.
