I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The property is well-maintained, and the ambiance is welcoming. From check-in to check-out, the process was smooth, and the staff was courteous and helpful.

A bit pricy, however, if you have several short visit guest, it’s a pretty hassle free hotel. Housekeeping is good

Food was below average, amenities were broken. service was terrible. without our permission or request for room cleaning . while we were out, the cleaning staff went inside and did room service without our knowledge. we didn't even request for room service and we also didn't put tag to clean our room
it was horrible experience anything they could have done in the room without our presence. apart from that a staff entered our room despite of being locked as he was having a duplicate key. when we asked why that happened he gave excuses that he by mistaken allocated some guests wrong room number and by mistaken entered out room . we were sleeping that time . thats was horrible. unsafe . when we informed the reception and manager on duty regarding this they only gave excuses that this was their policy that untill guests inform them not to enter for room cleaning they will enter and clean without guests concent.

Our stay was excellent. Staff members are very sweet and very cooperative. Even the security guards are very friendly in nature. Sweet gesture was shown during our stay. It has become one of my fave stay and hotel. Gonna come soon again

I’m a regular visitor and the stay has always been great. The cleanliness, convenience is top notch just like its club. The staff is great all the time and mr sujit, the front office manager has been really helpful.

The property does not have a smart tv or hood tv channels. The buffet breakfast is bad. The remote was not working at first as well

Pleasant stay, good food and located at main location of patia, as well as valet parking is also available for both restaurant and room stay

Extremely loud thumping music and obscene shouting from the night club till beyond 1 am followed by by very loud cleaning and other operational activity till the morning made it a really terrible stay. All rooms are smoking room and the hotel has zero amenities. Not a place for stay at all.
