We celebrated our wedding anniversary in Noor us sabah, and it was perfect. The external seating space is beautiful, beautiful views and with a cool atmosphere. The taste in each dish was completely balanced, and the material was incredibly fresh. And most importantly, the employees went above and beyond to make our food experience memorable. Special thanks to Mr. Rahul Dubey, Mr. Ashok ji and Mr. Vinay for making my Marriage anniversary so memorable.

The staff here providing the services to the people coming here are excellent. Regards to- Mr Rajesh Singh ji, Komal ji, sachin ji, Mahendra ji, ajab Singh ji, Yogesh ji and pukhraj ji. They've given a good hospitality to the people visiting here. Sure shot to come again and again.

Beautiful hotel, with many internal restaurants and amenities. Some areas were closed due to temporary construction areas yet areas still available were top quality and were given with the best service! Again, there were minor issues due to construction and weather, such as noise and leaks but all issues were addressed immediately and professionally by staff. Overall there were minor issues but the beauty of the hotel and the top quality service by staff made this an amazing experience, would recommend!

This Hotel is a heritage hotel and is housed in a palace built on a hill more than 100 years back. The Architecture reflects the grandeur and ambience associated with palaces of yester years with Chandeliers,Hamam, Immaculate marble floors, Cots,Almirahs and Furniture all reminding of the Nawabi era. We occupied three rooms - one was just about spacious and rest two were relatively small. The corridor leading to the rooms was also narrow though not uncomfortable. The Hotel property spreads across 18 acres inclusive of two huge lawns and the front rooms of the Hotel provide lovely view of the Lake and the surrounding greenery.The hotel management was kind enough to give adjacent rooms to us (three couples) and all were Lake view. The Hotel is very clean and the staff is courteous and polite. A coffee shop 'Latte' is a snacks/tea /coffee joint and is popular among Hotel guests and Locals too.'Ming Dynasty' is a Chinese restaurant in the premises and serves delicious Chinese delicacies and this restaurant is also packed in evenings.'Zaiqa' is the Mughlai restaurant of the Hotel and serves a variety of Kebabs , Veg & Non Veg food. Room service is fast. The breakfast spread is really impressive and we enjoyed tasty Dosa,Omlette,Idli Sambhar,Daal Pakwan, Poha,Aloo parantha and what not alongwith fruits, Pastries/Doughnuts plus Tea Coffee etc. Shri Dinesh there impressed us with his service and he made us feel 'At Home' and pampered. The Hotel has a Swimming pool, a Conference centre,a Gym & a Spa plus other ameneties. The feature which I loved most about this Hotel was that it is located inbetween the Town area yet can boast of Tranquility & being cut off from the 'Shor' of the city. Tariffs are also reasonable.

The food was very delicious. Santosh ji and Negi ji were warm and attentive, making us feel truly welcome. We were celebrating a birthday, and their thoughtful gestures made the occasion extra special.

I recently dined at this fantastic restaurant and was thoroughly impressed. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with attentive staff who made the experience even more enjoyable. The hospitality here is just amazing especially Rajesh sir, Sachin bhaiya, yogesh bhaiya, ajab bhaiya, azam bhai everyone is here just amazing especially they even serve you freebies with your food you order. The food they serve is properly hygienic cooked ,served prepared fully fresh. Cafe latte staff owns hospitality.

It was very cool and fantastic stay as usual . Staff are awesome . Housekeeping staff Sadanand is mind blowing . Tamanna at reception , Ashok chauhan in restaurant are very well experienced and very attentive . I will suggest everyone to go and enjoy stay

The Noor us sabah palace is not only a name, it’s really a palace, very elegant, where you meet with the real luxury, everything is super luxurious like rooms, bathroom, Restaurant, cafe, the Chinese Hut, swimming pool all are too awesome, staff are very professional.

I often go there for dining with my family. Especially Zayka restaurant. Staff is like family. Negi, Shoeb Bhai, Rajesh, Santosh and Ashok all make us feel at home. Highly recommended. My most favourite eating place in Bhopal. It's like Bhopal's most trusted brand name.

My overall experience at the Hotel was pleasant. Housekeeping staff especially Manish Verma did take good care of us from time to time. The food was good. I would recommend this property to others as well. Check in and check out was smooth. Lake facing rooms should be opted for if the same are available to enjoy the view.

Manish Verma is excellent worker in House keeping department. We like his services. He takes care all related needs. He is always available with big smiles. I pray for his well-being, all the very best so that he can do his duties with such dedication
