Hotel Gopalas Residency

When i was out without permission they open room and clean, my gold ring was stolen, and before booking i call them and ask for driver door matry arrangements and the said yes its available but after checking they ignore, my driver slept on car seat for 2 days, very bad service and staff.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at gopal residency, and i must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment i checked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive to my every need. The room was immaculately clean, spacious, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The food at the residency was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. The service was prompt, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that i had everything i needed. What truly sets gopal residency apart, however, is the exceptional service and hospitality. The staff were friendly, courteous, and always willing to help. They made me feel like i was part of the family. The service was okay. Food was good. Service need to be updated. Their was no bathroom kit. Wifi was not working.

The staff seemed to charge extra for every little thing. What's more, they even asked for a tip upfront, which was quite unusual. Additionally, the lighting was not proper
