The rooms were not clean enough for the price paid. Bed sheets were not changed. No towel, soap, etc. Provided. And the ventilation in the rooms are very bad.

Awesome trip with family. Enjoyed a lot with adventures activities, beach. Comforting stay. Location is also good

The stay in chaya residency was terrible. Photos and the real room doesn't seem to be similar. Bery untidy room with bed bugs and lots of mosquitoes. These mosquitos helped me stay awake throughout my stay in the residency and raise a complaint at 3 am in the morning. There is no reception in the front desk to answer our calls. When dialed to property managers contact number available, the person says to talk to the reception and we find no reception at all. Forget about the food these people does not a minimum courtesy to provide drinking water. The entire stay in this property makes you feel like you are staying in some waste dump yard. On top of it if we want to cancel the booking there is no refund. Please don't book this chaya residency in any time of your travel or stay in bhatkal.

The hotel is a little far away from murudeshwar temple. We had a quick overnight stay and moved out.
