A very average stay. The location is awesome, absolutely on road. Adequate parking available, with charging point for EV vehicle. The check-in was smooth, however, no welcome drink as promised by them on various sites. The rooms are spacious but very poor state of washroom. Dripping taps, non functional shower, no face towel...the list is unending. No glass for drinking water either. Had to ask thrice for it then got one glass that not not sanitised. The swimming pool is good, but very poor condition of washroom again, No showers working, horrible clenniness, stinking badly. No towel hanger either. The meal asked by restaurant was okay but whenever the bills are provided, they are straight piece of paper in your hand for signature, no folders. The morning breakfast is very average. Only eggs for nonveg. Very limited variety. Only omelet to order. Dry sandwich.... overall a very basic spread. This is a good property but very poorly managed.

Totally waste of money. Worst service I have ever seen in my life. I recommend everyone don't stay here because cleaning is zero.Foods are like a poison. Totally fraud and 420 hotel. All staff behavior is so rude and they are abusing guests after taking mony .Pathetic experience

Great service provided by hotel management. Behiviour is great of all the staff of hotel. Mr. Dinesh Singh support & help us to get excellent services regarding room services. Overall experience is great. Breakfast quality is good ***** with multiple options.Room cleaning is also excellent alomg with ambience.
