This historic Victorian residence, is today host to this seaside studio lounge. Once inside, you’ll fall captive to this wraparound seascape off Independence Park. The Atlantic panorama provides an awe-inspired sunrise daily.
From its elevated perch, the studio has a San Francisco feel with its private observation deck to its sophisticated lighting and wet bar design. Year-round comforts include heated floors, and whisper-quite air conditioning.
This modern seaside studio, with private observation deck and entrance, includes a queen bed, mini spa bath, a wet bar with convection-microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and eating essentials.
The living area is user-ready to rest or work with high speed wifi access and a large 55” Art Frame TV. An interior door to the common foyer enables access to ice. Free public parking is available steps from the studio; no permit required.
Rent a paddleboard out front at the beach kiosk to start your day. If work brings you to Beverly, this digital connection comes with yachts, lobster boats and the changing tides as your companion.
Dine in or eat out; the local restaurant selection is robust.
