Our home offers over 1800 Sq ft of living space in a quiet neighborhood in Beverly Hills Florida. Recently updated with an open floor plan and 3 large bedrooms. The master suite has a king bed ,65 inch smart tv and en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 offers a king bed. Bedroom 3 offers a queen bed. Main bath offers a big walk in shower. The game room also has a futon for extra sleeping accommodation. The living room offers a huge sectional couch and a 70 inch smart tv. The large kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal including slow cooker, griddle, waffle maker etc. There is a large back yard for you and your fur babies to enjoy as well as a propane BBQ. And there is a game room with a 50 inch TV and game console with 20000 games, and some board game and playing cards. Also provided is free wifi and full size washer and dryer. The driveway can accommodate 3 or 4 cars, or a truck and boat trailer. The property is minutes from shops and restaurants.
