Fully remodeled/renovated in 2022 with a new kitchen and all new bathrooms, this multilevel oceanfront vacation home is located on the ocean side of Coastal Highway in prestigious North Bethany. The home includes access to an outdoor swimming pool (summer months), tennis courts, and a private beach. Enjoy a view of the ocean, breathe in the fresh ocean air, and soak up the sunshine in the outdoor living space. You'll be conveniently located close to downtown Bethany Beach where you can explore the shops, experience casual or fine dining, and enjoy the boardwalk activities. Level one has outdoor showers and an entry foyer. Level two is the living area level and includes a large oceanfront deck, an open porch into the entry foyer, a laundry room, and a primary bedroom and bathroom. Level three has two oceanfront master bedrooms and bathrooms (one with a spiral staircase to the loft area), two additional bedrooms and two bathrooms, two decks, and a bonus room.
