Rien à dire et rien à signaler

We’ve been using Campaniles in France for around 30 years. Sadly they have been steadily declining in recent times despite some refurbishment. The woman running the hotel on the Saturday evening along with the chef was the only good thing. She was completely charming and was very helpful. The room reeked of smoke and was cold as the heating didn’t work properly, despite her best attempts, so she gave us a heater, which did work well. The furnishings were a mixture of original Campanile brown green and a partially refurbished bathroom which was in disgusting condition. Brown toilet, heater dripping with filth etc etc. On arrival in the restaurant we were 10 mins early at 18:50 and she informed us we were too early but we explained we just wanted a drink to start with, which she duly served. By the time we eventually left the restaurant at just before 21:00, we were the only two customers they had had all evening! Hence no buffet, just an extremely limited menu of food which was served not entirely heated through. Do yourself a favour and find another brand of hotel, as we will next time. It’s very sad as we really enjoyed the simple convenience of Campaniles but they seem to be being run down and abandoned as a brand.

Si vous avez l'intention de dîner, passez votre chemin,ce campanile ne fait plus de restauration depuis 1 an,chose qu ils ne vous disent pas quand vous demandez a reserver une table...ils vous proposent un plat de pâtes ou du chili voir éventuellement une pizza quand vous etes installé et de manière pas tres sympa!.Menage,beurk. Par contre , petit déjeuner au top.

Les caractéristiques mentionnent la clim... Clim vétustes faisant un boucan d'enfer pour laisser passer un filet d'air frais. En we caniculaire une horreur. La salle de petit déjeuner insupportable en terme de chaleur. Maux de dos, matelas pas top. Sinon chambre assez propre même si les draps et les serviettes de bain ne sentent pas la lessive. Si vous ne supportez pas le chaud et que vous cherchez de la fraîcheur vous ne l'aurez pas dans cet hôtel...

Hotel vieillot , manque de personnel et nourriture de cantine .. la seule chose positive est l amabilité du personnel qui fait avec le peu de moyens qu ils ont.. ils ont le sourire et font au mieux .. privilégiez celui d école valentin qui est de bien meilleure qualité

Reserva en booking de una habitación con tres camas para tres personas, no hay nadie en recepción y tarda 15 minutos en aparecer, sudoroso desaliñado y sucio se limpia el sudor con un trapo mientras me habla sin saludar, me dice que me han cambiado a una habitación para solo una persona y que no está lista, no hacen esperar 1h hora para preparar la habitación ( a las 5 de la tarde!) pero aún así no podían preparar la tercera cama y me dieron las sábanas en recepción, sorpresa al llegar a la habitación (minúscula, sucia y más vieja que Matusalén) no hay más que dos camas tan pegadas que no caben las maletas, la tercera cama no existe!! el recepcionista viene porque según el la tercera cama está bajo las otras, pero no y no se donde la hubieran metido!!! me dice que que no puede hacer nada y que no tendremos tercera cama y se va, sin siquiera intentar encontrar una solución, me deja pasmada. A todo esto en ningún momento me he quejado, no de su ausencia, ni del calor que hace, ni de la espera, si tenía que hacer yo la cama la hubiera hecho. Pero esto es el colmo! Busco otro hotel y voy a anunciarlo, por educación( podía haberme ido y dejarle la tarjeta sin más)de nuevo ni me habla, tirando de mi tarjeta con gesto despreciable y sin mirarme a la cara, ni decirme adiós. Igual quería que mi hijo durmiera en la ducha con las cucarachas. Despreciable, maleducado y sucio. Las cosas del desayuno están expuestas a la 5 de la tarde, sin frigorífico y sin protección. Un regalo para ratones, moscas y cucarachas.
