Watermouth Lodges

My family absolutely loved staying here, one of my favourite holidays and we usually go abroad all inclusive in October. We stayed in Seaview, I would definitely go back. I’ve only given it four stars because I wouldn’t want some people turning up thinking it’s going to be pure luxury, no faults etc etc. If you are the type of person who goes around looking for issues, you’ll no doubt find them, but this was a fantastic location, a really special feel to it. The staff are all lovely and can’t do enough for you, it is in the most fantastic spot, the hot tub was great, I absolutely adored going around the kooky castle, the view, the nearby walks… it was magical, original and so so memorable. Half the price of some of the ‘luxury’ lodges we were looking at in Hoseasons and so much more spacious than a caravan.

There are lots of positives about the lodges, views, location, peace, comfort and well equipped. The lodges aren't completely modern, but comfortable and good value, especially the hot tub lodges. We also had Seaview, which had a fab view of the harbour. The negatives for us were the lack of advertised facilities. We have stayed twice before and not had the same issues as this time. The bar and restaurant were not open as advertised and the TV in our sitting room never had any signal to watch anything. We did report this twice and unsure if someone came to look at it. Either way, it wasn't fixed!! Having said that, we would stay again because of the location, we were just a bit disappointed in the service this time round.
