Reflections Bermagui - Holiday Park

Unfortunately we were having a good time only to be informed at 2pm that we were to depart a day earlier than payed for. To make it worse we had to book a four day minimum stay when only requesting a 3 day stay as it was the minimum for the long weekend. At no point.in time did the park offer for us to stay on the site it was always is that had to move. The park refunded but upon checkout today there was no apology just a simple "it's been refunded". Disappointed with the level of remorse and service.

Best location for a beach summer holiday, directly across the road from beach, supermarket and Main Street. The famous blue pool is just around the corner. You can walk there but it’s a bit of a hike uphill. Easy 2 min drive. Camping sites are good though some are difficult to get caravan into. Camp kitchen has recently being updated and is now enclosed. Bathrooms are the only downside to this park - getting old and rundown and mould is an issue. We still booked for next year as the location is fantastic.

Worst experience ever we stopped in to see if we could have a cabin for the night ,we didn’t have a reservation because that’s how we roll when in road trips, we were informed that it’s a minimum 2 night stay which is fine, but the lady at the front desk was so rude I wouldn’t never recommend staying there left a sour taste on a beautiful little town maybe you should change your front desk manager

We have previously stayed here on numerous occasions with our caravan however on this visit we spent a lovely 3 nights in a Pet Friendly cabin! We have become quite used to the PF cabins being the older slightly rundown units nearing the end of their life, with well worn furniture etc, well Reflections @ Bermagui have set a new (and awesome) standard!! Our cabin was obviously recently refurbished, immaculately clean with nice new modern furniture, extremely well stocked with everything you needed to make your stay as pleasant as possible! Whilst we do understand why some parks PF cabins are not the best, it was very pleasing to see that not every park assumes that people who travel with their pets will not respect their provided accommodation!! This is quite a large caravan park, but hilly. It is a fair walk to the amenities block from most of the park. The amenities block was old, but clean. Staff at check in were very pleasant. It is next door to a Woolworths supermarket and only a two minute walk into the centre of town.

Rang 3 times regarding booking a new Cabin (still under construction) overlooking the Ocean. The first 2 ladies were great - Fantastic, very obliging - Took all the details, our Name Phone numbers etc. and penciled us in for the booking as the new cabins would be ready for our March stay. Rang back to confirm the booking and pay a deposit - Spoke with another lady who was very abrupt and not helpful at all. Advised us that she had 1 cabin left. We said we would ring back the next day to confirm the booking as she bumped the price up from the quoted $165 a night to now wanting $205 per night!!! When we challenged this she said it was because it was the only Cabin left and the demand had bumped the price up (yet we had booked 4 months prior) !!!!! when we rang back the next day, the same lady said she now had nothing left at all !!!!! Great service from 1 or 2 ladies and very very poor Customer service from the other lady. She should not be working in hospitality - sorry lady !!!!

Pet friendly and excellent location Even has a free dog bath. Cross the road and you're at the beach. Lots to do around Bermagui and region. Very friendly little village with excellent cafes and shops.

Me and my family have started at this Park in Bermagui for years. It is in the most perfect location which is amazing for everyone. - views of the beach and like 100m to the town. Only complaint is this year I found the cleanliness of the cabin I stayed in wasn’t amazing at all. Every other year I have no complaints but on this occasion it was really grubby. The Matress protectors were full of hair and just dirt which is disgusting. And just a lot of dust but this is the first problem I have ever had here before. For future notices for the cleaners please do a better job as it extremely off putting. Reflections is a good spot and very accommodating for everyone of any age. Most of the staff is nice enough and will happily help you. Overall I think that this is a perfect spot to stay at and you cannot get a better location anywhere else in town

We booked and paid for a 3 bedroom cabin with 180 degree water views next to our friends 3 months before arrival. On the day of arrival they contacted us and said they had an upgraded us because the people that stayed in the cabin the night b4 wanted to stay another night. When we got there they could not find our booking then about 15 mins later found it and checked us in with a code for the gate. This code did not work went back to the office 4 times when hubby finally asked for the staff code. Then when we got to the cabin was very disappointed due to the fact that we now where in the second row looking into the cabin in front of us bedroom and about 30cm of water views. Friends who can not walk very far due to disability could not walk to our cabin due to being on a hill and uneven. Hubby wanted to watch TV in bed, I wanted to open a tin and we couldn't sit on the lounge due to a big teat in the cushion which I had to turn over. The shower screamed when you turned hot water on which was just hot enough with no cold turned on. You had to boil the kettle for water hot enough for washing up as the hot water was more warm then hot. The next day I went to the office with my tin and asked for a can opener. I also mentioned there was no TV remote for the bedroom, which there answer was "Yep hasn't been one for ages" I told them about the tear in the lounge and once again was told "what do you expect, it's 10yrs old". That night went to get a sharp knife and guess what NOT one sharp knife in the whole cabin. The morning we where leaving the code did not work again. No one in the office as it was only 7.30 and they didn't open until 8am. There was 3 groups all trying to leave. One group ran night number, which no one answered. Owners/Managers turned up at 8am and tried all of our codes which didn't work. Then when asked why no one answered the phone we got yelled at with "WE HAVE LIVIES TO YOU KNOW". So for the $598 it cost me for 4 nights I would not recommend
