I stayed in a 6-bed dorm. Pros: - The breakfast. It is only €5 and although there isn't a huge amount of variety, there is plenty of what is there which can save you some money on lunch if you fill up at breakfast. - The reception area is very clean, comfortable and cozy. - A bag storage room is free of charge. However, there is no lockers for large bags, but the room itself is locked. - Extremely large lockers are provided in the rooms. - The shared bathroom and showers are clean and functional. - Location is quite good, not far from an integrated U-Bahn (underground) and S-Bahn (overground) train station. There is also a supermarket close by. - Free wifi which is ok but not great, and free locks with a deposit. - Staff are very friendly and welcoming. This was probably the biggest positive. Cons: - The room was TINY. As a result, with 6 people, it felt very stuffy. I have slept in larger dorms with just 4 beds. - On the first night, the room was EXTREMELY hot. Granted, it was a warm day outside, but there is no air conditioning. As a result, a standing fan was used at full power which created a large amount of noise. I did not sleep at all on this night due to the heat. Overall, I feel that close to €100/night was very steep for the accomodation that was provided. I booked this hostel based on the extremely high reviews, and although it wasn't terrible I don't feel that it lived up to the hype nor was it great value for money.
