Enjoy Hotel am Studio anmeldelser

I find this hotel not suitable for family, I expect cleaner and more silent room. Heating system made noise and windows were not good enough to cancel the streets noise.

This hotel is a little far from the city central. But the tranport is convenient and I would like to strongly recommend the Kebab just opposite this hotel. It is cheap and very delicious. You can take it back to the hotel bar next to the reception with a free drink. That is wonderful :)

A bit far away from the centre and but the price is reasonable

Value for money.The breakfast was really good and the staff was friendly!

I didn't make it to the hotel because I had to cancel my Berlin and Dresden trip because the airline messed up and left my baggage at the previous airport. Unfortunately, the hotel wasn't so understanding of my situation and didn't approved my cancellation and refund request unlike the other hotel where I'm supposed to be staying in Dresden. That's just very inconsiderate and lacks customer empathy.

優點 地理位置：好唔錯，喺凱撒大帝咁上，埋地鐵站。 間房空間：適中，喺市中心便便算唔錯嘅。 缺點啫 隔音：嘈，隔音好差（，所以我帶咗耳塞） 早餐：一般般，但系要收12€ 設施：老舊，窗閂唔冚。 advantage Location: Very good, on Caesar's Avenue, near the subway station. Room space: Moderate. It's nice to be near the city center. shortcoming Sound insulation: noisy, poor sound insulation （so I brought earplugs） Breakfast: Average, but 12 € Facilities: Old, windows not tightly closed.

素晴らしいです。 受付の方は少し疲れ気味でしたが、良いホテルです。 朝ごはんは、ウインナー、野菜各種、盛りだくさんで素晴らしかったです。 また泊まりたい！

乾淨地點佳

Mein Geschäftspartner aus Berlin hat dieses Hotel gebucht. Wegen eines wichtigen Termins in Berlin bin ich extra aus Österreich angereist. Als ich im Hotel ankam, musste ich auf Verlangen der Hotelmitarbeiter einen PCR-Test vorlegen, den ich nicht hatte. Das hat mich schon sehr verärgert, zumal ich in anderen Hotels bisher nichts an Tests vorweisen musste. Auch mein Geschäftspartner hatte bei der Buchung keine Information, dass man einen Test beim Check-in vorzeigen muss. Nachdem ich endlich das Testergebnis hatte, habe ich einen wichtigen Geschäftstermin versäumt und das hat mich noch mehr geärgert. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr unfreundlich und ich werde sicherlich nicht mehr in diesem Hotel übernachten. Ein Frühstück konnte ich nicht einnehmen, da ich keine Mundschutzmaske dabei hatte. Auch in anderen Hotels ist keine Maskenpflicht. BEim Check-out habe ich mitbekommen, wie ein neuer Gast die gleiche Prozedur durchleben musste, wie ich. Auch er sollte ein Test vorlegen. Verärgert bin ich dann nach Österreich zurückgefahren. Dieses Hotel kann ich auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen.
