This hotel is amazing. And centrally located. The decor mixes the old and the new creating an elegant and cool Vibe. The staff is courteous and very helpful. Their breakfast is amazing. The rooms are beautiful!!! I would stay here again in a heartbeat

Ugh, I wish I could have stayed longer. I was connecting through Berlin’s airport to another location. My flight was canceled and I was stuck in Berlin. Not a bad place to be stuck for sure. I’m Marriott Titanium and I just booked the first hotel I saw which was this one. The airline also lost my suitcase so I arrived with the clothes on my back . The employee (female) at the front desk was so kind. First, you sit with them while checking in. I told her my travel horror story, she showed empathy. She then upgraded me to a suite for the night. She then walked me to the elevator and explained the hotel and amenities. She couldn’t have been nicer. The room, wow. Amazing view, amazing bathroom with a tub, state of the art air conditioning. I wish I could have figured out all of the light switches but that’s just me. The area around the hotel was very nice. I was able to run to a clothing story to get clothes and then to a pharmacy for toiletries, all within walking distance. I had an early flight but I almost considered moving my flight to later so I could stay in the room. I will be back for sure. Please recognize that nice woman who checked me in!

Excellent hotel and staff. The hotel has a beautiful location and great views. Rooms tastefully appointed great breakfast and bar. Amenities in room are perfect. Particularly enjoyed the warm welcome of the reception staff. Thank you for a wonderful stay

This lovely hotel is in a wonderful spot for touring Berlin. The room was small but the view and the balcony definitely made up for that, as well as clever and thoughtful touches throughout. I would personally recomend the rooms with the "Dome View" with balcony as the view is awesome . I rented a bike from the hotel as Berlin is very bike friendly. The staff was very helpful and I very much enjoyed my time here.

This hotel is wonderful!! We booked the balcony room with enjoyed the gorgeous view!! Such a gem of a place. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! What a GREAT hotel!!! Would highly recommend!! The staff was nice, and the hotel bar was great too. Rooms were beautiful as well. Would definitely stay again!!

Great location, walked everywhere. Great food and very friendly staff, nice contemporary feel. They wrote us a nice note regarding our 30th wedding anniversary. Quite a lot of work on nearby square and streets but no issue with noise in our room which was at the front of the hotel.

Absolutely blew us away. Love Berlin anyway but this was the icing on the cake. Staff very friendly and helpful; from reception, restaurant and bar to housekeeping. Nothing was too much trouble. Room fabulous, bathroom amazing. Went to the restaurant twice, their schnitzel was better mine, which is quite a feat in itself!! Food was sensational. Can not fault this hotel, one of the best hotels we have stayed in over our many years of traveling Europe. Would recommend in a heart beat, treat yourself.
