Piso muy espacioso, con muchos armarios, limpio y muy centrico. Punto a mejorar, quizas la comunicacion con la propiedad, pero el resto quedamos muy satisfechos.

My daughter and partner have been left stranded in Berlin as no accommodation available even though it was booked and paid months ago Company kept asking for various ways of sending passport details none of which were acceptable to them. My daughter has had her “birthday” day ruined. Thankfully after a few hours *********** have managed to secure other accommodation and have promised to refund price difference. This place is a total scam and *********** need to remove from their website This is a disgrace

We went with my mother and father and required two bedrooms. We were only provided with one double bed, the other was a leather pull out sofa bed with a mattress sheet over the top. This was rock hard with a solid bit of wood down the middle. Absolutely not fit for purpose and caused us both terrible back pain for the whole trip. The kitchen is well stocked and bathrooms were clean.

I stayed in a VisionApartment (VA) in Geneva, Switzerland and was very impressed with the hotel so I thought why not do VA in Germany. I checked in at 3pm and the lobby was open but the main reception office was closed, which I thought was strange but no worries, it’s perfectly safe. This is a contactless hotel, so you won’t find staff to assist you. This is a hotel that may intimidate someone that is not a seasoned traveler. The hallway lights come on upon entry. I noticed debris on the floor upon arrival and still there the day after so there’s no one there in the hotel to monitor things like this. My room was on the 4th floor and below are restaurants that play loud music but they stop playing the music around 10pm. My room was clean and is fully equipped with plates, cups, wine glasses, eating utensils and cooking pans. The bathroom is a nice size bathroom. The shower leaks water in the sink area so you must be careful exiting the shower because you can fall especially an older person. The bed is hard. I prefer soft beds so it’s a personal preference thing. You only get two pillows. A very quite hotel, I felt safe and it’s in walking distance to main shopping, restaurants.

Un auténtico desastre. Cuando llegué a la habitación, toda llena de cervezas abiertas, bordes de pizza, cama sin hacer, toallas por el suelo... Obviamente sin hacer... En el pasillo, una pareja viendo su habitación que estaba en el mismo estado o peor... Y claro, no hay nadie en recepción para preguntar/quejarse, sólo un teléfono que nadie contesta. Les mandé un mail en el que me pidieron fotos de la habitación, y en vez de mandar a alguien que hiciese la habitación, o solucionar el problema como hubiese hecho una empresa normal, es decir, darme una solución para esa noche, hacer la habitación y poder ir el resto de días, me contestaron que procederían a hacer el abono del total de la reserva y anular todo (abono que por cierto tardaron casi 2 semanas en hacerlo). Si podéis, elegid cualquier otro hotel/empresa.

Mon expérience à été mauvaise du début à la fin! Chambre pas propre à mon arrivée et au bout de 9 jours toujours pas de ménage... J'ai du appeler et réclamer. En bref, c'est un hôtel budget pour étudiant qui veulent faire la fête. La nuit devrait être à 30€ max.
