Hotel Amano Grand Central anmeldelser

Hotel is at the same building with ibis and another hotel. The room we booked is comfort twin. Spacious one but the two beds is transformed from a double bed. After transformation, the two beds are close to each other with only 5 inches at the middle. And mattress falls at the long side if you try to move the beds a bit further away from each other. Called room service to help but not much can be done. It is either falling at the side or being close.

The hotel is very convinient located about 5 minutes walking from the central main train station in Berlin. Follow the signs to exit "Europaplatz". You can already see a large square building with 3 hotel names on it, one is the Amano Grand hotel. So cross the "Invalidenstrasse" at the right side traffic light (straight from the exit of the train station) turn right, and the hotel entrance is on the right side of that building, from the "Heidestraße". You will be greated by friendly staff with gas check in services. The room is comfortable and clean. We had one facing the train station but it still was quite. It appears there is a fancy roof top bar on the top of the (not very high, if I remember it correctly 8 floor) building. But going to our room we shared the elevator with some people being quite excited to get into that bar. 😊 As we had to catch a train very early the next morning, we had no time to check it out.

Location is fabulous, just a few metres away from the underground S5 station which also connects with the Hbf. Hotel is pretty. Great sleep cos pillows are comfy ! But ! The room is pretty but not functional. The bottles holding soap - pumps dont work. Not just in my room but in 2 other rooms we booked. The water basin area - when you wash your face, it runs over. The force of water from the tap is so big, need to be very careful. Design fault. My sister had a lower category room on the 1st floor, its pretty but again, not functional. The glass shower in the middle of the room leaks water out and she needed to cover the whole area with towels to prevent flooding. The water basin is so small, when she washes her face, she has to control water force otherwise it spills over the place. Design fault.

The hotel room was clean and close to the train station, about 3 mins.

Facilities are not good enough and room seems not to be clean , I felt not good to live in this hotel and will not pme agajn .

The hotel is very close to the bus and train station. Many restaurants are near by. I really love breakfast at the hotel!!!

I was book double room.. with Double bed .. and when we came they say . Double is just a wish , and I have to pay 20euro extra to get that room - with double bed .. other wise they give 2 twin bed in one .. and that’s really uncomfortable.. been there other time - next day all back was with pain. Then we get a room on the main street and it’s so loud .. I hear all night cars - train.. that time really disappointed.. at 05:40 was also fire alarm…

火車站正對面，過了馬路就到，出行超級方便。歐洲打車太貴了，所以住火車站超級方便，去哪裡都容易。酒店的早餐也很豐富，羊角酸奶都很好吃！廁所也挺乾淨，唯一的缺點就是床太小了。貌似德國酒店的雙床房，床都只是0.9米，好小！

距離柏林中央車站步行五分鐘，距離公交地鐵也就五分鐘，火車站吃飯購物方便，步行到國會大廈月一刻鐘。酒店乾淨設施齊全，早餐豐盛。希望以後配備電熱水壺

Super Lage. Frühstück ist einfach.

就是因為酒店的位置而定的它，就在柏林中央火車站對面，走路幾分鐘就到。酒店一樓是早餐廳，很豐富。房間基本符合描述，有冰箱，但裏面的酒和飲料需要收費。另外，還可以寄放行李，晚上回酒店拿了行李去趕夜車回維也納。總的來説，很方便，很好。
