First of all, this is not a 5 star hotel! It is listed as a 5 ⭐ on many sites, but it is a 4 ⭐ hotel.
Rooms are ok size, we had comfortable real double bed (not two single beds pretending to be double). Free mini bar and coffee machine was a great add on. But no slippers. Balcony in my room was too small, but some rooms have bigger balconies, so it depends on luck what you'll get.
Location is ok, but not great. Close to the metro station with one line. To go anywhere you have to go to to Zoo station first.

one of the best breakfast i had ever experienced. highly recommended. rooms are ok. you can drink all the products in the mini bar with no charge during my stay. location is very nice.

God lokation but, you need transport if you don't want to walk 7 km to inner city

If your with car, finding carpark is not easy, ( just use the car parking beside the hotel)

A great modern hotel. I really liked it. The room is very clean, equipped with a kettle, coffee machine. The minibar is free. The staff is very friendly. It is located in a quiet, green area. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby. There is a metro station nearby. An amazing rich breakfast. The impressions are great. I hope to come back again.

We stayed as a family at the Hyperion Hotel Berlin and had a very pleasant experience. The room was comfortable and the shower was excellent. The international breakfast buffet was varied and delicious. However, the internet connection was quite poor, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, a good stay with just a small downside.

Everything was good except for the accommodation. We had previously booked a room with one large bed, but my colleague and I were given two separate small beds. Then, my key stopped working, and I couldn’t get into the room. The breakfasts were monotonous, and the worst part was that every day at 5 a.m., they unloaded trash right under my window. Additionally, the hotel parking lot was active all night, so I had to keep waking up constantly!

My colleague and I had pre-booked rooms with King-size beds, but we were given rooms with narrow Twin beds, which were uncomfortable. We were told that, unfortunately, there were no King rooms available, although judging by the light coming from the windows, half of the rooms appeared to be empty.
The worst part was that the two of us were given rooms at the very end of the hallway on the ground floor, directly above the parking exit. It was unbearably loud starting at 5 a.m., making it impossible to sleep. On top of that, right above this parking exit, there was a flag with the hotel logo that was poorly secured, and it squeaked all night in the wind. From 5 a.m., deliveries began through the parking area, with carts rolling back and forth, creating an unbearable rumble and noise that echoed through the rooms.
This is a very clean hotel with nice complimentary amenities like a restocked minibar, and overall it’s a good property. However, the way we were treated — being given the worst possible rooms — ruined the entire experience for us.
