There is no service shuttle bus to airport. Room is clean. They will charge you around 40€ for city tax or something. That was so expensive.

Good service

Great location, near to many fantastic restaurants at steinplatz. Staff are attentive and helpful with your luggages although the main entrance has steep stairs. Comfortable beds even for twin singles. Probably one of the best locations in Berlin if you need some peace, as it is on the quiet end of the shopping district.

I was in Berlin for many reasons but one was to run the Berlin Marathon. I booked the Hotel am Steinplatz originally because of it convenience to the train station to get to the start line. It was also around my 45th birthday and my wife and I were celebrating our 19th anniversary. This hotel was so much better than I expected. It's like a luxury boutique hotel with a a bed and breakfast all in one. The staff made me feel like I owned an apartment in it. It's so elegant and the staff is amazingly attentive and go out of their way to help. While checking in the staff and Kirsten made sure my Marriott status and upgrade were taken care of and gave us a junior suite room with a balcony. Kirsten was pleasant and kept a smile every day when greeting us. If we needed water or anything she would send it up or make sure to bring it herself. At one point I was tired from the marathon and woke up a little late and Kirsten called to make sure we could still go down and have breakfast. When checking out she personally came up and helped us with our luggage. Breakfast was amazing again the service was first class. The chefs are the real deal. Finley waited on us daily and always jumped at our service when we needed him. There was one more gentleman that I forgot to get his name but he was very funny and made sure to bring the chef over to let me thank him for his masterful omelette he made me and my wife. I hate I didn't get his name but I want him to be praised also. The breakfast was great and if anywhere else in the world you'd probably pay a lot of money for it. But it was included for me. Christopher and Anne were so good at the bar. There's no difference between their drinks. They have mastered them to the point you can't tell who made it. So amazing. I recommend the VOUS CARRE. At one point Christopher caught us in the lobby and fixed us a signature gin drink with poppy that was delicious. Anne and Christopher were also very pleasant and made sure we felt like VIP. The turn down service was so cool. There was a nightly theme where they would leave notes and think like shower steam tabs, candy and other things that go with the Riddle of the note. It was cute. I hope I'm not missing anyone but all in all I will be back to Berlin and when I do I'm not staying anywhere else. My Berlin home is Hotel am Steinplatz and I can't wait for my next trip there. Luxury, great service, amazing drinks and food, prime location, safe and very clean.

Lovely hotel. Wonderful staff. Good value for money. Delicious breakfast. A nice neighborhood. I've stayed at the hotel for 8 years now - it's my go-to place in Berlin. The area also has nice shopping and good restaurants, and feels safe during the day and at night.

Hotel am Steinplatz, Autograph Collection is perfect; service, breakfast, cleanliness couldn’t be better. Safe neighborhood; a 6 minute walk brings you to great restaurants. Don’t miss out on Dicke Wirtin for traditional food and atmosphere. Or, Ristorante Aida if, like me, you love Italian cuisine. Front desk people bend over backwards to accommodate your needs.

We enjoyed a short stay at the hotel while in town for the Berlin Marathon. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful, and happy to answer any questions we had with useful information. Breakfast was included with our room; the selection was outstanding and included specialty coffee. We also enjoyed dinner at the bar. The location is close to great shopping and dining as well. Lovely stay!

Well located boutique hotel with Art Nouveau elements, close to Ku'damm. Very comfortable. Rooms somewhat small, also the bathrooms, but high ceilings compensating for it. Sumptuous breakfast buffet, served in the atrium courtyard. Only drawback: Maintenance by housekeeping to be improved. Our warm water tap didn't work properly and coffee capsules for the in-room coffee maker were not replenished. Reception service was friendly and attentive.

Great property in a great quieter location Small hotel so felt a valued guest Lea and Kirsten at the front desk were so personable and took care of us with great restaurant recommendations and tips for the neighborhood breakfast at the restaurant was a nice spread

Great Hotel, great position, fantastic staff Stayed here with my daughter for a couple of days really enjoyed. Many many thanks to the beautiful Vianne at the front desk who was brilliant. The breakfast was lovely and it was nice to be a little out of the hustle and bustle of the very central part of town.

The hotel is beautiful! It is in a quiet side street in the middle of the city. The breakfast (and food in general) is awesome, but what makes this hotel special are the people! From Barbara, Lucy and all the kind people at the restaurant to the staff at the reception, especially Lea!, you feel like you are welcomed home! Best place in Berlin! We have stayed there many times and are looking forward to coming back! Thank you for everything
