The hotel is average at best. The entrance doors were destroyed, and breakfast was 20(!) euro's per person per night. Location is great for people coming by car as it has free parking, and a U-bahn station right outside. Rooms were standard, but with great airco.

Great stay, great value for money. Service was very good. Amenities were basic but good considering price. It is a little far from the city centre but very near a train station.

Food selection for breakfast is scant. With 19 euro breakfast, you should expect a breakfast buffet. I think the management doesnt care at all. Good luck with your business. The place is good but what drags you is the coldness of your services. Your reception is condescending, your food is cheap.

It is a hotel a little from the centre of the city but next to a metro station so easy to get around.It is more of a business man hotel as it is next door to a multi national company in Siemens and the metro strop is called Siemensdamm. Very good breakfast rooms are a good size. We had issues with bookings regarding breakfast and city tax but the hotel honoured the booking and found it strange that city tax had already been paid. If you intend to stay at this hotel and go sightseeing I would buy days passes and then it does not matter. There is a supermarket across the road from the Hotel but restaurants are limited. the hotel has a bar if you like to sit around and have a drink.

Stayed here for 3 nights in Berlin, from the get go the staff were very hostile. No great service to scream about, but that was also fine, what really made it bad was the lift that broke down during our stay there. No repairs done for 3 days. We were carrying big luggages and had to lug them down ourselves. No help was offered, not even apology for the inconvenience. I can't imagine if this was just our elderly. parents, how they would have handled it.

Die Betten waren sehr schlecht. Die Metallfedern hat man am ganzen Körper gespürt und das Kissen war ein Hauch von Luft??? Außerdem hatte ich (nach gründlicher Absprache) Kühlpads zum gefrieren an der Rezeption abgegeben, die ich für meine Medikamente benötige, habe sie jedoch geschmolzen am nächsten Morgen wieder bekommen. Echt nie wieder dieses Hotel

房間乾淨，停車場就在門口的馬路上，行李多的話可以先將行李在酒店門口放下，然後去停車，因為是免費停車所以車子比較多，需要停到比較遠的地方，走回來比較麻煩！酒店比較舊了，網絡很慢，幾乎都是用已經的流量！其他都ok

Die Ausstattung sowie die Sauberkeit lassen leider zu wünschen übrig. Sehr altmodische Möbel, sowie ein enttäuschendes Badezimmer. Flecken im Bad, WC & im Waschbecken.. An der Rezeption wird mitgeteilt, dass die Zimmer bei einer Übernachtung von 2 Nächten nicht gereinigt werden. Man hätte zumindest eine Flasche Wasser im Zimmer als Geste bereitstellen können. Dies war auch nicht der Fall. Vor Ankunft wurde am Telefon mitgeteilt, dass die Rezeption ab 00 Uhr nicht belegt ist und man deshalb früher im Hotel ankommen muss für ein Check in. Nach einer stressigen Anfahrt hab ich gemerkt, dass diese Info definitiv Quatsch war und an der Rezeption 24 Stunden jemand da ist. Einziger Vorteil: Balkon im Zimmer (was heutzutage auch nicht üblich ist :) )
