Our room was dusty and smelled like cigarettes. Despite these issues, we chose not to complain due to our long drive, and considering it was just a one-night stay. The breakfast was average. I would recommend to just book a hotel room and have breakfast somewhere. While the location is very convenient, there are many other hotels in the same price range that offer a nicer and cleaner experience.

I stayed in the sir deluxe room ( 107). The room was big enough for me traveling alone, but would be on the smaller size if two people were to stay there, in my opinion. The room was beautiful, no complaints there. The Chek in process could be better. I don't think they informed me enough ex. no one told me that the treats on the desk was complementary or that I could order from the menu at the breakfast table [ breakfast was included in my stay]. If I came again I would skip the hotels breakfast and eat at one of the many greate breakfast and brunch spots i berlin.

Wanted to give a shout out to Aleixo! He was extremely helpful for my entire trip and always polite. Thank you for making my stay very comfortable and helping me with getting what I needed to have a successful work trip!

We stayed here this month for a birthday trip. Overall very very good but there are some really minor gripes that would push this to a 5 star review Pros - Great location, great facilities nearby, good transport links and the hotel is unique and very pretty! The entryway is really lovely as is the decor. The room is quirky and the bed is INSANELY comfortable. We didn't once hear any other guests and loved the mini fridge and amenities we were provided. The QR code link to all the hotel information is also really helpful and it was also a lovely suprise to be given free drinks vouchers on arrival Cons - The service is mixed. We met three different staff members during our stay, two male and one female. I didn't catch their names but she was lovely, very smiley and welcoming. When she greeted us she offered us water and any help and just generally was a ball of sunshine. The second member of staff was also nice, he got us some plug converters as we had forgotten ours and was just generally really helpful. The male staff member who I assume is the manager was not. He came across quite cold which is absolutely fine however when we went down to enquire about our tv he was quite rude. Let me start by saying the TV service here is ridiculously bad. The tvs are aged and dated, the only bad thing about our room and something sleek and modern would fit into the aesthetic perfectly. The TV had 200 channels and around 180 of them did not work. The remaining 20 had a tv lock so we couldn't even change the language or add subtitles. Whilst I understand we are in Berlin, this is a European capital bustling with tourists so I thought some leeway would apply here. Anyway I asked if he could come look at our tv, retune it maybe or even add a subtitle. He was very dismissive saying this is a 'business hotel' so the TV shouldn't be important. If that is the case just don't offer the TV. I can handle nothing being able to be done but it was the dismissive nature that was frustrating above all else. Again a small gripe - but this would have make a huge difference

The room was nice and clean, but the breakfast was really under my expectation for a 4 star hotel. There was a egg dish à la carte and I ordered Japanese Pancakes. In the picture you can see what I got. Overall the personnel seemed to be in a bad mood, bored and distracted.

Room was clean and interesting decor in the hotel. Service was not super helpful eg hotel website said that you could get different pillows which we wanted and the person at reception had no idea nor did they make any effort to investigate further despite us asking twice. They weren’t very friendly otherwise either

The hotel public spaces look nice but the room was too small fort 2 adults and cluttered with stuff one did not need and not properly furnished for comfort. The wash basin is in the bedroom rather than the bathroom meaning the likelihood of water splashing everywhere. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel which had no English menu and was advertised as Japanese fusion. The fixed menu was 70 euros per person so we ate across the somewhat shabby street in a Vietnamese restaurant where we had an excellent meal that come to 51 euros for 2 people including wine. The hotel breakfast was the worst I have ever encountered. Although breakfast was included in our room rate, all that was provided were a few cereals, a bowl containing one orange and a few apples, On the table were a tiny slice of cheese and a few small bowls contaning 2 dried prunes, one tomato and 2 slices of cucumber. One could order a cooked dish (all eg based) from a list of. 6, 3 of which were not available.

Comfortable room overall and the hotel is well located for sights and public transport. There are some good places locally to eat. It was difficult to access details about prices for refreshments and breakfast. The room did not have body wash.

This is a very good boutique hotel. We stayed in the largest of the available rooms which was extremely comfortable with large bed. The vibe/ambience is unique, for example check in is relaxed sitting at a table. Information is readily forthcoming if asked, it is very much a place that lets you be and will help as needed. We liked the decor. The food offerings are selective and the team have a lot of pride and care with presentation. There are plenty of places to eat around this hotel. My birthday was noticed by the team & a bottle of Prosecco was placed in my room, a very lovely gesture.

My wife and I stayed for 5 nights. It is a comfortable hotel with excellent, friendly staff. The room and bathroom were quite compact but well appointed. It is very close to an S Bahn station from which to travel into the city centre and out of the city. There are good Italian, Greek and Vietnamese restaurants within 200 metres. We found it an excellent base from which to visit the many sights of interest in Berlin

Very central location in a very nice part of time. Really friendly staff. The hotel has modern contemporary style hotel, which is quite cool to other ‘classic’ style hotel setups. However, the hotel was very noisy in the mornings (maybe it’s because I was on the 1st floor) based on noise from the setting up the tables and chairs for breakfast or the cleaning staff being loud with their trolleys from 6:30am each morning. Breakfast was over priced and the buffet was not worth it. WiFi was not great. My hotel room needed a proper dust and vacuum. No restaurant.
