My room was immaculate and the queen size bed gave me a excellent night's sleep, all the staff were helpful and courteous. And every effort was made to give me the best experience. Would highly recommend it.

Номер - это комната со своим туалетом в квартире, где кроме нашей еще 3 таких же. Кровать удобная, предоставляется завтрак (йогурты, сок, печенье). Единственное неудобство было при заселении - нужно было ждать хозяйку, примерно полчаса.

Отличный отель. Хорошее местоположение, близко до достопримечательностей. Всё чисто, уютно. К уборке нареканий не было. Нам понравилось, обязательно вернёмся.

Удобное заселение. Чистые апартаменты. Новая мебель. Удобная пастель. Ночью тихо окна во двор. Не хватало чайника

It’s a type of hotel with which we are not accustomed. So it’s more like an AirBNB. There is no on-site personnel. The room was ok, the breakfast was ok, good cleanliness. Noise from other rooms filters easily. I you are willing to accept this new business models this b&b would be fine, if not book elsewhere.

We can really recommend staying at Ciccio B&B. Lovely host, who’s helpful with giving advice to the city and places to dine. The room was tidy and cosy. In the very heart of Bergamo, conveniently close to the old town and train station. Only downside was that it was a little tricky to leave, since we had to leave the keys inside the room, but in order to get out, we had to use the key at both the main gate and apartment gate. Maybe it would be wise to leave a postbox at the entrance where future costumers can leave the key. Otherwise very nice stay

Authentic B&B in a great location. Very welcoming host contacted us before our stay via WhatsApp and provided reassurance due to us having a late and delayed flight. Rooms were great and super clean.

B&B Ciccio was the best choice really Perfectly located, quiet room (we stayed in room 11), everything was very clean, filling breakfast (it is hard to stay hungry - juice, coffee, cereals, yougurts, toasts, cake, apples). Very good wifi. Eleonora, the owner, is always in touch and she was very helful - without her, I would have never figured out how to read bus schedule before our trip to lake Iseo😅 not to forget, that Eleonora and her son Lorenzo speak good English. We've been to different places in Italy - that's not always the case when owners speak English 🙂 So, highly recommended, very good stay in lovely Bergamo

Perfect location situated between rail/bus station and citti alta on a busy pedestrianised street with bars, restaurants and shops on your doorstep. Rooms and breakfast ideal for a few days. Couldn't have had a better stay! Just be careful if arriving outwith check-in times.

Ottima base per le escursioni a piedi per visitare la città bassa e poi nn distante si prende l.autobus per la città alta. Vicino molti locali per mangiare o bere ... o uscire per una romantica passeggiata serale. Camere pulite, ottima ospitalità, mi hanno rifatto la camera e pure messo a posto i vestiti.

Situato vicino al centro, raggiungibile a piedi. Proprietaria gentile. Senza ascensore. Materasso confortevole, cuscini morbidi, camera pulita, un po' buia. Colazione preconfezionata in spazio ristretto. Prezzo buono.
