Service was definitely the highlight at Gega Hotel. The staff were fantastic and really friendly. Our room was ok, but it looked different from the photos and description. There was no fridge, but when I pointed this out, the staff provided one. We did have issues with the aircon, though, which couldn't be fixed. However, our stay was comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Gega and can wholeheartedly say it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The staff was exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a stunning view. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, and the service was excellent. The overall atmosphere was very welcoming and pleasant. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend Hotel Gega to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable place to stay.

The hotel is great! The commodities are really nice and the staff is super helpful! There is just a few parking spots, so make sure you reserve them in advance. The hotel stays in a walking distance from the city center (10min). Breakfast was really good with a lot of options!

It was perfect, couldn't wish for anything more. The people of the hotel were very friendly and helpful. We were a bit early but had luck because our room was already free. As a bonus they brought us some fresh fruit which was leftover from breakfast. The room was big enough, a lovely rain shower and a powerful air-conditioning. Breakfast was really nice as well. Yoghurt, bread, eggs, meat, cheese, tomato's, sausages, Albanian, croissant, fresh fruit, honey, cornflakes, jus de Orange, coffee and tea. Therefore, there is something for everyone's taste. Location was perfect as well. 5 min walk to the boulevard. So if you want you have the quiteness in the hotel but you are quick to where people have their drinks. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Berat again.

Very good place to stay. The crew is very kind and helpful, when we arrived they offered us some watermelon and cofee while we waited to the room to be ready (we arrived before the entry time). The room was very big, the bathroom too. Our only issue was with the condition air, too noisy at night, stopping every hour, and with this heat thats terrible. It offers free parking site in front of the main door, and its very close to the medieval muslim neighborhood.

First night was not too good as across the road a building was being demolished up until 5am. Also as we were a couple and staying for 6 nights a small 2 bed room was not ideal. Once we made our views known it was sorted the next morning. It is central to the town and very clean. We all 10 of us were pleased to stay here. Mattress was harder than I am used to but room was great. Breakfast was help yourself but more than adequate. We had a couple of meals in the restaurant which was lovely and more than enough. As there was 10 of us it was no trouble for the staff to put 2 round tables together. Big thank you to Jimmy who did all he could to make our stay great. I had been here 3 years ago and Jimmy was there then. Thank you.

Piccolo hotel situato nei pressi del centro di Berat. Comodo per visitare la parte piu' bella della città. Buon wi-fi. Colazione normale. Small hotel located near the center of Berat. Convenient to visit the most beautiful part of the city. Good wi-fi. Normal breakfast.

Je viens tout juste de passer un séjour fantastique à l'hôtel et je ne peux pas être plus satisfait ! Tout d'abord, le prix abordable de l'hébergement m'a permis de profiter d'un séjour luxueux sans vider mon portefeuille. Mais ce qui a vraiment fait la différence, c'est le personnel de l'hôtel. Leur convivialité et leur serviabilité ont ajouté une touche spéciale à mon séjour. Ils étaient toujours là pour répondre à mes besoins et m'ont fait sentir comme chez moi dès mon arrivée.
