Very Comfortable place to stay. Nice indoor and outdoor onsen beautiful view from room.

We book the seaview corner room(611) with seperate ryokan living room. Onsen are great, bf and dinner are above average. 800meter walk from Beppu Station. Recommended.

Great location! Big spacious rooms Onsen was great - I only used the open air onsen Dinner and breakfast section was great. Rooms weren’t fully soundproof but luckily at night everyone was quiet - I wanted to take an afternoon nap but the hallways were loud and my neighbors had children.

Magnificent hotel right in front of the sea, the view from the room almost makes you feel like you’re in a gigantic ship. It’s very spacious. There are plenty of kimonos to choose from and they’re all so pretty. The staff is very nice. The buffet is amazing, both breakfast and dinner. It was a wonderful experience and we remember it fondly. Location is also great, next to everything. Airport bus behind the hotel. There is an onsen within the building. There’s also a lovely souvenir shop downstairs, plenty of vending machines…

Everything is ok up to standards, just only if they have bed preparation service in Ryokan room type. Because with this price they should have. And also they don’t provide WiFi service in every room types, in present day every hotel should already provide free in room WiFi services and I think it is very important. The food dinner and breakfast is quite good, but dinner time is too short only 2 hours with that much of peoples. At least should be 3 hours dinner time

Hotel’s location is excellent! Within 10-min walk, you can visit a shopping mall and Donki to shop for souvenirs. The downside of the hotel is only lobby areas has been renovated with wifi available, and the room feels a bit dated and hope the hotel will refurbish the rooms some day.

Good - Nice location. Walkable from the station. Close to the tower and plus point is you can see the view of the bay from your room. Open air onsen has very nice view from the top of the annex building. Not so good - no wifi in room.

一泊二食的Buffet 不錯，晚餐有魚有肉也有生魚片 對得起這個價錢 ，早餐有西式也有日式 食物會一直補上 不用擔心不補的情況。泡湯也不錯 雖然沒有桑拿跟蒸氣室 純粹大浴池泡湯 但是濱海走道跟起床就能見海跟等待日出，是一個很好的度假體驗 。

前台會提供中文介紹，詳細告知酒店的注意事項、用餐時間、温泉所在樓層、如何去到室外露天温泉。房價含了早晚兩頓的自助餐，雖説品類不是很多，但總體來説性價比很高了，坐在餐廳靠窗位置，邊用餐邊欣賞海景真不錯👍。 房間選的日式榻榻米單人間，很寬敞，需要自己鋪床，選擇一個自己喜歡的位置，可以避免空調直吹，入住進屋時空調已經開啟，還配備了空氣凈化器，服務很周到。 對面就有TOKIWA，購物很方便，順着這條馬路步行六七分鐘就能到別府JR車站，總體很滿意，下次去還會選擇入住。

房間比較老，且沒有wifi。衞生還不錯。榻榻米需要自己鋪。 地理位置很好，離別府站大概8分鐘路程。離海很近。 早晚餐都是自助餐，品種數量尚可，但是兩天的東西一模一樣。

雖然是很有年代感的酒店，但好在位置好，車站出來步行十分鐘，酒店面對大海。坐大巴特別方便。早飯晚飯品種還可以，不過大多數以日本人的口味為主。温泉泡完，皮膚滑滑的。缺點就還是房間老了點，也沒有WiFi。別府温泉酒店選擇很多，這家絕對是以性價比取勝的，所以也有不少團隊遊客，基本都是韓國人。

要坐公交車到達 沒有車站那方便 但是因為想看海 沒辦法 樓下的天婦羅館子不錯 好吃😋去了別錯過 房間挺大 但是比較老舊了 晚餐早餐食材一般 空間挺大 住一晚還行

房間設施雖然有點陳舊~但非常人4性化，特別是大堂的温泉時浴衣品種顏色非常多，七樓露天温泉♨️非常讓人望着日本海躺着泡温泉非常開心愉悦！整個賓館非常乾淨，一樓大廳小店特色商品很多又便宜，中年女性的衣服展銷性價比超高！下次還會去這裏享受天然温泉♨️和服務！早餐和晚餐也非常豐富多彩！
