I like the staff service. Excellent! Nice breakfast and onsen in-house. Definitely will book this hotel again when visit Beppu.

This is the best hotel during my trip though the hotel room is really small for two person with two luggages. Sparkling clean, everything looks new. The hotel staffs are really friendly, polite and kind. Breakfast is very good, they have free alcohol testing from 6pm to 9pm! Less than 5 minutes walk from Beppu Station, very convenient. They also have natural hot spring but did not manage to use it.

Fantastic service from super hotel. Location is very convenient around five minutes walk from Beppu station. Lobby is located on level two so you will need to take a lift. However the service is amazing. There are welcome drinks when you arrive. I believe there’s alcoholic drinks as well during a certain period as well between 6-9pm. You’re also able to select your Pillow according to its hardness or preferences and you can choose up to 5 amenity items these include facial mask, vitamin C serums to shavers etc. Because it is Beppu there is Also hot spring. however I would probably have liked to have it a bit bigger pool and to have an outdoor spa. All in all it was much value for money and I would go there again.

Awesome hotel next to train station. Convenient location. Small onsen bath available which is also convenient. Breakfast included which is nice! Croissants are nice!

This Super Hotel thoroughly represents ESG and its night bar and breakfast make it an exceptional experience. Although the twin bed room is quite small and not friendly for 2 person luggage to be opened.

Good services and friendly front counter staff. The room is compact. Only Hope that the washroom bigger then Would be perfect.

Great location. Easy check in, use code to access room. No need to check out. Car park just behind the hotel. Room was standard Japanese size. Breakfast was good. Free coffee & drinks.

Booked a triple room . Room was considered spacious for Japan standard . Location was very near Beppu station . Staff were friendly & helpful . Will stay again if I visit Beppu

Conveniently located near the bus station, but the onsen is not worth visiting.

Good location. Staff can understand good english. Very nice to have a natural onsen.

Room was small but comfy. Aircon was quiet making a good night sleep. Ample parking lots at hotel and parking fee reasonable. Hot spring in the hotel was a bonus to stay in this hotel
