As we know it’s name suggests itself the taj resort , Kids really enjoy a lots & made fun out it , foods was delicious .

Отель известный, немного уже не новый но территория и в целом атмосфера нормальные. Соотношение цена качество разумное. Отличный ресторан с видом на океан и очень странный ресторан где проходит завтрак ужин (отзывы на картах Google) это подтверждают. Пляж немного грязный, но это проблема не отеля а в целом местного населения.

優點：服務好，早晚餐自助非常豐富，環境優美，酒店外的海灘很棒。 缺點：房間有點陳舊。

We have never experienced such attentive service and we are frequent travellers. The staff here are very friendly , courteous and respectful. Their customer service cannot be faulted. We stayed in a superior sea view room on a bed and breakfast basis. The room was very comfortable and clean and we were presented with creative towel art by Milton who couldn’t do enough for us. The main restaurant is excellent and if you order from the Al La Carte (very reasonably priced with generous portions) the chef Kamal helps you to choose and explains how he has cooked the meal. He is excellent. The town can be easily reached by walking along the beach and cutting through or very cheaply by Tuk Tuk. The beach area is fantastic and the waves are huge!

Really enjoyed our stay, comfortable room, well looked after by Chandimal Loved the Shack , great seafood and service, Palms also very good for breakfast and dinner, especially the hopper and dosa stations Overall an excellent holiday and would love to return

A beautiful property with a stunning beach and pool! One of cleanest beaches I have ever been too. Huge shoutout to the service, everyone was so hospitable and tanks to Sam who was so kind and helpful and Made sure all our needs were taken care of. His amazing hospitality made our trip even better.

This was our fourth visit to Taj Bentota. We were greeted by Yasitha Duty manager front reception with a very warm welcome. We would like to sincerely thank the General Manager Mr Sebi Mathews and Piyush Mishra the executive Chef who were omnipresent, always smiling, pleasant and made us feel welcome. This hotel is one of the finest choices in Bentota with its spectacularly maintained gardens that takes your breath away. Beyond the green, green grass the golden sand beach and views over the Indian Ocean. You know that you have made the absolute right choice. A definitely perfect holiday. Taj hospitality at its best. The large swimming pool is easy on the eye. Our special thanks to the superbly experienced chef Dalip Singh and to Jasvir Singh for looking after us with delicious food. All the staff at The Palms, Sam, Sandunika hot pastry lady,the lovely Sewwandi and Viranga for always ready with a smile. Chef Kamal for delicious pizza, Mr Damith, Ravindra Silva, Amila. Apologies for forgetting anyone. A very special thank you to Samantha for the best Chinese meal at the Chinese Restaurant. Your service is exceptional and it has been a pleasure to have known you during all our four visits at the Taj Bentota. At the Jiva Spa, Suba spa lady and Suranga an exceptional therapist. We had a great and an unforgettable stay. The luxury of such hospitality comes rare. We will be back! The Palms staff even packed breakfast for our early morning flight. Thank you

It was the first international holiday my mother and I have been on together and we had a fabulous time. Sri Lanka is stunning and the Resort staff were wonderful; Sam's little messages in chocolate powder on my mum's cappuccino's made her morning every morning! The pool is delightful and the spa was wonderful, I had come in off several flights and was a knotted mess but the morning after my massage was good as new! My only constructive feedback would be that the Ocean View rooms could do with updating and a very deep clean. The housekeeping did a great job but hard to work with a tired room. I very much appreciated the towel animals :)

From the time of reservation to the moment I arrived, I was truly impressed by the warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail shown by every team member. The hotel’s amenities, cleanliness, and overall ambiance made for such a memorable stay. The sea view room is truly beautiful. Special thanks to Mr. Megawarana (head of HR), Piyush (head chef), Hansika (front office), Gayan (house keeping), Isuru (room service), Maduranga (reservations) , who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Special thanks to Mr. Sibi Mathew (GM) your team has set a high standard, and it’s evident that everyone takes great pride in their work. Wonderful stay overall. Special thank you to Mr. Dalip Singh for serving us with amazing meals. Especially the tandoori fish, Carrot ice cream and Haryali Chicken both were mind blowing. Very helpful staff, great food and incredible views from the room and pool.

A wonderful hotel with simply the most helpful and friendly staff who are always smiling and wanting to offer help. The hotel is not shiny and new but we found this added to its charm. Our room had been refurbished and the views were beautiful. The gardens are very green and established and looked after with care. The restaurant served a vast array of quality food both at breakfast and dinner. We were wanting to try the Sri Lankan cuisine and were always offered help when choosing. Both Dinesh and Sam were fabulous and we very much enjoyed their helpful and informative conversations. Thanks again for an amazing stay

It IS one of best hotels for sure: excellent exotic dizayn+ antistress beautiful aura- our first meeting with Shri Lanka started from it - and we loved this beautiful country! Very marvellous balcony view- picture view! Excellent service, all staff very friendly, especially Krishan, whom we met second time! Start your trip to Shri lanka from this hotel! It is high class hotel for quality customers!

I did not note everybody by name, however, as everyone on the staff from security, reception, serving at table, pool, gym or our room, to the chefs in the restaurants, the supervisors and even the gardeners were attentive to our needs, helpful, well informed and polite at all times it would be wrong to pick out individuals. They all made you feel special, greeting you with a warm smile and initiating a friendly conversation. They all ensured that we had a relaxing holiday.
