Staff unable to address and resolve concerns . Maids need help on reviewing room after stay . Don’t stay with pets . They tack on unreasonable charges or make up charges . Sketchy place . Should have booked last night at La Quinta where they appreciate pets !!!

Absolutely the worst hotel in the history of hotels. Says they will service your room every 3 days on an extended stay, never happened. They came and took the trash out of our room on the 3rd day and took the dirty towels. Didn’t leave any towels. But the manager, the man.. literally shouldn’t be in any position to run anything other than his mouth. Very foul, very rude, and has no idea how to manage anything. Zero stars.. he sucks! Hotel sucks!

They say pet friendly, but there are fees and restrictions. When I tried to cancel, because due to their policies, my trip couldn’t happen. The manager said she wouldn’t cancel the reservation and I was charged for the first night. She was very rude about it. She did call back and say that I could cancel the two subsequent nights. Save the headache and stay elsewhere. Due to not knowing the policy it cost me. I looked on orbitz for the policy and finally found it. It would’ve been very easy for them to offer good customer service, but they chose not to.

Svar fra overnatningssted: Hi Daniella. We actually are pet friendly. The term "pet friendly" simply means that pets are allowed inside the building and guest rooms. However, every hotel has its own unique rules and policies regarding pets. We don't allow pets to be left alone because if it starts barking or making noises while its owner is away, that turns into a situation where we have to compensate other guests for the noise disturbance or perform room moves for the affected guests. As for the pet fees, this is a common practice at most any pet-friendly hotel and it covers the costs of removing pet hair and dander so that the room will be as clean as possible for the next guest. We ask our guests to simply have respect for guests in rooms neighboring theirs by never leaving their pet alone. This policy is prominently displayed on every website the hotel is sold on. Remember to always notate the hotel's cancellation policies and any other polices that may affect you when you book your stay as you are bound to those policies when making a reservation as would any other guest. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy and you were informed of this when you booked and when you contacted our staff. All the best in your future travels.

We had a business trip to Bentonville, and were searching for a place that could house our 80-90 employees for over a week. This hotel was extremely accommodating and worked with us to get the best rates and as many rooms as possible for the large number of people. They helped us change rooms numbers and made check-in of each person very easy. The front desk staff was helpful anytime we needed to make any changes and understanding of our needs at any moment. Highly Recommend!

We reserved a deluxe room, so had a minifridge and microwave. The bed was comfortable and hotel quiet overall on a weekend. The clerk who checked us in was friendly and helpful and we were able to get a late checkout by being rewards members.
