Hotel molto particolare immerso nella riserva Maya. Stanze comode e sufficientemente spaziose. Colazione molto buona, non varia. Nel complesso lo consiglierei per un breve soggiorno

What an amazing experience and stay. We only stayed one night and really enjoyed the unique atmosphere. Staff are very friendly, speak great English and the food was excellent. We really enjoyed the breakfast and dinner - great flavours and lovely presentation.

Wow! This is a perfect getaway from the city life. In the middle of the Jungle with luxurious commodities. We stayed in Balam Bubble. 🛁Waking up in the atmosphere of the bubble is truly spectacular. 🥰 The food experience for breakfast, lunch and dinner is perfect. Ximena and Esther gave us excellent service at the restaurant and made some delicious drinks 🍸. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. Don’t forget to jump into the cenote and pool. Having lived in the Riviera Maya for 13 years, I must say, this experience went beyond expectations!! 100% recommended.

Very relaxing stay in adults only jungle retreat. Rooms are great fun, good temperature and amazing way to wake up. Food in restaurant was really fresh and stay super helpful. Next door cenotes well worth an hour or two visit. Only stay in you have a car!

Thi place was amazing, so unique since we got there the treatment and service was fenomenal , the environment surrounded of nature was beautiful, the food was delicious too. Everyone there was so helpful with good attitude. Very friendly and caring for the people to visit to have a great experience, I highly recommend this place.

Incredible experience! Good place to connect and rest! I really enjoy to sleep in a bubble, in the middle of jungle! Very clean, very quiet and the staff was excellent with us! I recommend this hotel boutique definitely 💯

Gran lugar en medio de la. Nsturaleza, donde solo se respira paz y tranquilidad, un concepto genial diferente pero espectacular el dormir bajo la luna viendo la naturaleza, otro nivel! Si lo tuyo es estar en contacto con la naturaleza y busscar esa paz. Ampliamente recomendable!!!

Todo excelente! La atención y servicio de todos es genial, me atendieron por WhatsApp y todo el tiempo estuvieron pendiente de nosotros, son muy respetuosos con tu privacidad, era una sorpresa para mi esposo y quedó encantado, te desconectas y te relajas al mil, nosotros lo completamos con un masaje y fue muy gratificante, planeamos regresar!!!
