Aparthotel Bcl Levante Lux

Absolutely fantastic apartments. Spacious, clean and a great location. The staff were so lovely, especially the lady at reception (with glasses - sorry don't know your name). As it's February we didn't go into the pool but it was lovely and looked spotless and spacious. I've been to Bemidorm many times and usually stay at a hotel, however I will be back to the Levante Lux 100%. Loved it and would highly recommend.

On arrival first impressions were how clean it was and smelt. You have to fill in a form with name, address and telephone number at check in and they took a photo copy of your passports, but this didn't take long. we were soon given our key. Safe was 3 Euros a day with no deposit. we were not asked for a room deposit or any money for resort tax. Room was very spacious and clean. There are 2 lifts. each floor has 4 apartments on A,B,C and D. All facing the pool. As we went in January we didn't use the pool. You cant see the sea due to other high rise hotels. We were there for 10 days and the maids came twice. Beware of the shower. it is very temperamental and can get scalding hot. Kitchen was well equipped with a toaster, microwave, kettle, hob and loads of plates etc. They leave a washing up pack for you but you will need to take a tea-towel. As the hotel is small the TUI rep is down the hill at the Port hotel. we popped down to book a trip to Valencia. The bus picks you up at the bottom of the hill near Burger King. There were no Stag or Hen groups at this hotel and im sure they don't allow it. There is a vending machine with snacks and water in reception. There are plenty of bars, shops, restaurants and takeways...kfc, burger king, mcdonalds only a few minutes walk away. The beach is about a 6 minute walk down the hill. If you turn right outside the hotel and walk up the hill, take the first left you will be on the mail road. If you then turn right it is a 10 minute walk to The Benidorm Palace. You will pass the Flamingo hotel. Opposite this there is a lovely English restaurant called The Corner Bar. They do lovely good home-cooked food including a roast dinner and homemade apple crumble and custard. All in all a lovely Winter break. During the day in the sun you could walk around in a t.shirt, but in the shade and after sunset you needed a jacket. Very close for site seeing of the Benidorm t.v series places. 5 minute walk from Mateos Bar ( which unfortunately was closed in January ) Neptunes Bar is only a few minutes walk more. BVenidorm palace is a 10 minute walk and the hotel where the Swimming pool shots were taken is right near Neptunes bar ( but they don't let you in unless you are staying there.

Clean, modern and spacious hotel but just wasn’t for us. Staff at hotel are polite but we were told several times to turn music down which was on in a late afternoon and not loud at all. Possibly the echo from balcony made this louder. Hotel is a 10/15 minute walk away from strip and about 10 minutes to the beach. Good location if wanting to be away from the party side. Pool area very clean and a decent size but very shaded due to neighbouring buildings. Twin room did not have much space for clothing and the double wardrobe in main room had to be shared, door of this kept coming off the runner but handy man would come daily to fix. Bathroom was a good size but as mentioned in several reviews floods the bathroom if stood a certain way. Shower temp was also difficult to control one minute be burning you and the handle to hot to move it and the next would be freezing. Last thing there was a sort of generator sound which could be heard in the room every 2/3 minutes. When asking staff they were unsure on what this was, the noise can be irritating if you’re a light sleeper. Hotel is good if you’re wanting a more relaxed environment in Benidorm and away from the night life.

Second time staying in the Aparthotel BCL levante Lux, again fantastic clean and comfortable. Everything you need if you want to eat in, close to all amenities Benidorm has to offer. Recommended. Close to Morgan's and beach.

Really impressed. Booked here instead of levante beach where we have been a few times. Staff - Super friendly and helpful. Each time we walked by they would acknowledge and chat to us. Super helpful upon check in too. Pool - Pool area nice and clean. Around the pool area is well maintained and there are plenty of sun beds to go around. Rooms - The apartments are huge with 2 tvs one in the living area and one in the bedroom. Plenty of space and a decent sized balcony. Everything was spotless clean and topped up throughout our stay. Couldn’t fault this hotel at all. Really impressed and will definitely return.

Just back from a 28 night stay at this apart hotel and was very pleased. Very clean throughout, decent lifts. We stayed on floor 11 and had the sun nearly all day on the large balcony. Apartment very well equipped with all that you need. Shower was a bit temperamental but was fine. Bed was a bit uncomfortable so we took the mattress off the sofa bed and put that on top and was much more comfortable. Apartment was serviced twice a week at least with loads of clean towels left and sheets changed once a week. Didn’t get any rowdy neighbours and was pretty quiet most of the night. Only grumble we had was the only place to sit was the sofa bed and it wasn’t the comfiest and when you’re there for a while you do stay in some nights. All in all it was a fabulous holiday and we would definately return.
