Hotel Servigroup Rialto

I have been here 3 times but this time I left my bag on the transfer with all my money in it and I told Lisa straight away and she got on to Sam from jet 2 to locate were the driver had left my bag I got it back anyway thanks to Lisa and Sam thanks to both of

Good things first. We had a fabulous time here, a group of 9 adults with a teenager and 6 year old. Lisa was amazing and could not do enough to help. So clean, and food very good. 2 Coelics, we could order off the GF menu, but as they cooked it fresh, it was a wait, but even the main buffet, there were options for GF. Deserts were plentiful for non Gluten Free, but only Ice Cream for GF. Cleaners so thorough, and lovely people. No groups or hen parties allowed, except there was one hen party and 2 stag ones, we were lucky they were great groups of people. On the weekend in the middle of our stay, there appeared a very large group 20 approx of Frenchmen, very polite, but as the pool is tiny, they totally overtook it for 3 days. It is obvious they do take large group bookings as another part of the restaurant was opened up just for them. As for the so called Children's play area, it consisted of 3 things and no canopy, so no child could use it. AND yes it may be 5 minutes from the beach if you use a mobilty scooter or young and very fit, as it is at the top of a hill, no slight incline as advertised. However if it were an easy walk, I would go back. Some people moaned about the small rooms, but you only sleep there, so no problem

We stayed in this hotel last year and it was great but a couple of things have changed, the room,hotel was clean as ever and the staff work so hard and most are very polite, the head chef at breakfast never even responded to British guests when people said good morning and the young lad who works at the pool bar could do with some retraining instead of being on his phone and making customers wait, overall though the hotel and staff were great and the hotel is very clean and situated a 10 min walk from the beach, a message to some of the hotel guests though, show some respect to other guests when coming back in the early hours, shouting and slamming doors, also I know this is out of the hotel’s control but a quick message to the Spanish hotel guests, we all come from different walks of life and cultures and beliefs but 99% of the British respect that we are a guest in your country and we behave according so please stop with the dirty looks and childish whispering as I witnessed a bunch of obnoxious Spanish lads who were blasting a blue tooth speaker around the pool when elderly guests were trying to read a book, they were also shouting abuse from their balcony to British tourists which I witnessed and heard, so please don’t be quick to judge us British and just enjoy your hols.

Friendly excellent staff cleanliness fantastic only the little thing is the bed need double not three single for family of three and fridge could bit bigger otherwise 10 out of ten

The hotel is in a great location albeit up a slight incline it’s just off the main road. Few mini supermarkets, bars and restaurants around The hotel is clean and bright and airy. The staff are lovely and friendly. The Room - 503 - pool view Slightly dated but clean and well maintained throughout our 10 day stay we had clean towels & bath mat every day. The beds were made every day. It was twin beds that we pushed together and they remained like that throughout our stay. The Internet coverage was good and we were able to stream our firestick with no issues. The bathroom was a little awkward due to the position of the sink which was as u opened the door but was fine as you just had to open the door wide to get past The shower was amazing 🤩 so much pressure. My only complaint was the water leaked round the shower screen so always soaked the floor. Shampoo was in a dispenser as was some handwash. There is a free safe and a fridge. There is no tea/coffee making facilities so take you own if u like a brew in The balcony. There was a table and chair along with a small stool that we moved to the other side of the bed. The air con worked really well and there was no need to keep the balcony door shut in order for it to work, not too noisy either so sleeping with it on was fine. The beds were comfy in our opinion as they were memory foam mattress and extra pillows if u needed them. Plenty of storage space there was a few hangers but we always take extra. Food/Dining We were only B&B but breakfast had plenty of choice from fruit and yoghurts to a full English with omelettes, pancakes etc Also offered bubbly if you wanted a treat. The Pool - 9am open Nice little pool well kept and cleaned and the area was well maintained. Never had a problem getting a sun bed as there was always plenty all day regardless of time, along with tables and chairs. There was a small play area which seemed rather poor and in the sun most of the time with no shade and what seemed like a pool table but we never saw these in use. The Bar Served hot/cold drinks and bar snacks Very reasonable prices and the food is really enjoyable. There was only entertainment on Friday & Saturdays otherwise they offered ambient music so perfect for those who just wanted to chill and relax away from the madness of Benidorm. Overall an enjoyable stay yes we would return.

My father stayed here last week to visit me as I have only just moved to Spain and he has only previously visited benidorm for a few days when I got married. The English speaking lady on reception was fantastic and made sure my father received the parcel I d left for him. He said everyone was so friendly and helpful the buffet breakfast for hot and plenty of choice and the hotel and room were spotless. He also witnessed one of the entertainment team really getting involved with a group of disabled guests and making them so happy and making their day it seemed. The location is great ( that's why I booked it for him) close enough to some bars and restaurants and great for the beach and bus services. Thank you He will be back
