Close to the beach, the position is good.

Room lovely and clean. Cleaners do a very good job and even tidied my items up for me. Reception staff polite and friendly and the hotel was spotless. Food on the evening was great and the meat was great quality. VERY GOOD AIR CON 🥶 It’s 1 min away from the start of the strip/bars, and about 5 mins from the beach 🏖️ My only suggestion would be to give the single rooms an additional towel, I found I was reusing mine until the cleaner replaced the next day. When you’re on holiday you tend to have more showers than at home. Would definitely stay again. I don’t usually review but this hotel deserves it. Thank you.

Hotel was clean room tired could do with refurbishment beds hard breakfast was great lots of choice pool was nice and big but wasn't very clean the entertainment was dire the flash hotel there entertainment sounded great there was nothing for disabled person my husband had to walk which was hard for him to do because you can't plug disabled scooter in there so we will not be going back

This is the 4th time we have been to this hotel and up to now we have recommended it to friends. It says on their website that large groups are not permitted. We returned today and we can say that they are. Last year there was a large group of travellers staying there and to our dismay we found ourselves in the same situation this year (possibly up to 40 people). The mess in and around the pool was horrendous. The children were not supervised and were very intimidating to other pool users especially the other children. A quote from one of the children was "gypsy's rule ok". Day 4 of our holiday saw a group of 9 men arrive and their language was definitely on par with the traveller's children. We also noticed that there were a few people had not returned who had been there at the same time in previous years. The hotel is in a great location, normally spotlessly clean, food is delicious, staff are amazing but it is unlikely we will be back again as I fear this is not really a family hotel anymore.

We are here now as a family of 4, 2 adults 2 teens. The hotel is very clean, the room was a bit of a let down, 2 double beds in one small space, beds are hard and i have had a bad back most mornings. The space just wasn’t big enough for any of us to have any privacy to get changed etc, no lock on the bathroom door which is fine however it doesn’t even shut properly, gaps all around the glass door so there is no privacy at all, which is not great when holidaying with 2 teens. Like i said room was clean and the balcony was really big but the size of the room, the hard beds which creaked so loudly with every small movement is enough to make me not come back again.i did ask reception if it was possible to upgrade to a bigger room but they said this was not possible. Breakfast is very good, best i have experienced in hotels, good selection and again very clean with lots of staff constantly cleaning and refilling trays. We were unfortunate enough to be here at the same time as a big group of travellers,the adults were fine it was the kids that were a problem!left to their own devices to do whatever they wanted around the hotel, spitting all over the glass in the the lifts (why?!), i had to report this to reception for it to be cleaned 3 times. Security guy on the door stopped us last night and wouldn’t allow us to take our coca colas in the bottles that we bought from the bar to take to the room, we just wanted to sit on our balcony with a drink.All balcony lights in the hotel are switched off at about 11 or 12 so no late night reading as I can’t see a thing. Security man also shook his head at us for getting a takeout pizza to bring to our room. Pool- great in the respect that there are plenty of beds, not so great that they don’t ever seem to clean it! Round the poolside i have noticed fag ash and melted lollies still there from the day before, why aren’t they jet washing this down nightly?? Food at the pool bar is very good,pizzas and fries especially,cocktails not so much, stick to beer! Lastly there basically is no entertainment sadly. I would pick somewhere else next time, for the amount we paid it didn’t live up to standards.
