Great hotel, man on reception let me check in my bags early. Location was ideal as I was getting bus to Madrid the next morning, breakfast was also good, no complaints at all.

Was at the time they cheapest hotel in Benidorm.
It cost 8 EUR to get into town by taxi so if you are looking at cost,, cost that in.
Its above the Benidorm bus station so good for the bus back to Alicante 8EUR
Rooms are clean, good AC, no food gym was a box tick, the pool was OK, but had the greasy brigade on the sun loungers...... You've above the bus station FFS!

It's rather a 3-star hotel.
Quite far from the city center and the beach. However, it's ok in terms of for price/quality. It's located within the bus terminal on the 4th floor.
Clean, but dated rooms.
The breakfast was a disappointment. Limited and no variations during my 8 days of stay, but that's the only option since restaurants and cafes are about 15-20 minutes on foot from this hotel.
A swimming pool and a gym are advantages.

Stayed here for 1 month, on a BnB basis. Had a really good experience. Breakfast, although not exactly an English fry up, it was close enough. With the continental choice it provided more than enough range. Cleaning was efficient and thorough, the room was large and generally quiet, and check in was well organised. The hotel good for us, as it is not near the centre of Benidorm, but close enough, we had scooters, with buses direct to the airport below and a train station a 2mins walk. Superb. Not much noise from roudies, but when it did happen the staff reacted quickly, so only 1 nights problem. The culprit who we heard walking up the road to the hotel, and crashing through the corridors was evicted. Be warned, but good for guests. I would recommend and will return.

La estancia estaba bien .los empleados del hotel muy simpáticos y amables.
Respecto a la ubicación aunque no está en el centro de Benidorm pero caminando se llega rápido al centro (no está lejos).
No hay ruido ninguno y para nosotros las vistas desde el hotel son preciosas .

Stayed here weekend with friends, hotel spotless & staff very friendly. Pool area lovely & drinks are good priced. Pool itself very clean & refreshing. Rooms very spacious & clean. Shower good & powerful. We did take toiletries but they are provided. Location not too bad although we had taxi’s which was only €6 so not bad at all Thank you to the staff we had a lovely experience with you

This place is in nowhere ! First, only hotel I stayed in without a balcony, not a bar, shop,restaurant anywhere, is car, bus or taxi to go to Benidorm, nothing to do at all there!! Rooms are big, but no draws or cubard ro undawhere, no bed side table, just one small wardrobe, furniture is very tired. Restaurant, food, both selection and quality not good, drinks measure is terrible, for shorts, they measure it like in UK 😟,we booked for ten days,as looking for property here, but after four days we checked out moved into town , the good points are EXCELLENT STAFF, AND FREE UNDERGROUND PARKING Sorry to, Estacion, but that's how we found it .
