Just a had 8 days at the Hotel Bristol. The Hotel is spotless and so central to all the good stuff in Benidorm Staff at the bar are friendly and welcoming to all. We will definitely be Back next year.Benidorm gets bad reception Can’t see why. We like quiet and there’s lots of that here.

we had a great stay for the duration aircon 24/7 within reason no problems getting a sun bed short walk into town and the beach front bar prices for the hotel were very reasonable would recommend could not fault the place we went room only for obvious reasons

We didn’t book in for breakfast so don’t know what that was like. But we did find the main pool wasn’t really that warm but expecting that as going in October however we did find out towards end of holiday there is another pool on a different floor that better, but apparently have to be staying on that floor to use it. The cleaning of lack of, the bathroom was cleaned but they never replenished our shower gel when it was empty and as you can imagine being there for 6 nights and staying will a family would expect it to be checked. The floors never smelt like the were mopped out more swept then anything. My last problem was at the bar or outside. I had ordered 2 drinks which took for ever to come outside and then we were given a bill as we were told that every time we wanted a drink had to pay for last one first ( yes if you have to go to bar yourself, but I would have though with table service would be any amount until you ask for bill). As I wasn’t aware of this when are 1st drinks that took almost 40mins to arrive came we asked for 2 more drinks as weren’t going to wait another 30mins but was told sorry have y pay the bill first and then order again. We did that and then they forgot we had ordered drinks and took almost an hour to get another, at this stage I was ready to hit the roof as nobody came over to apologise or give us drinks on the house. Just left sitting waiting.
