Always amazing , perfect service and view every time I stay here , couldn't recommend enough

Location - up a steep slope but there is an entrance so you don't have to walk all way round but more steps. So any mobility issues I would certainly say don't come for these reasons. As group of lads 1st day we went out and came back to change for night but due to distance entry day after this we started out for day/ night. Apartment - great views and couldn't fault it at all... yes bit dated but price is reflective on this. Pool was good and whilst there they had music playing. Took some beers round and was nice and relaxing. Pool and area cleaned every day. Check in - this really is the part they need to improve. As we were checking in after 7pm was told we had to go to hotel lido to get the key. We arrived to a guy on reception who could speak no English and pointed us to the apartments next door to this hotel. When we went back he got on phone and said 10 mins. 10 mins later a women appeared who I showed her the email. She just said they have no key and couldn't help. So as group of lads we weren't stressing but guess many would. As we headed up the hill the chap was coming in his car stopped and we got our key but was told we needed to pay balance by 11am next day. My main complaint is with hotel lido... no "we haven't got key yet so receptionist must still be there but we will call them" etc... they were just no key. Guess this is a regular process they have agreed. Next area they need to improve is paying balance. So we had to ensure we were up for 11am next day (after 1st night out in benners till 4am). So 1st night on my card was refunded... then had to pay holding £200 deposit, pay full amount for our stay and then get our 4 keys reprogrammed. I don't understand why when they took the 1st day on my visa why not do it all... even the holding deposit and keys done for full holiday on arrival.. very unnecessary complicated process when not needed imo. Would we go again.... with that price defo yes.. just improve the check in process or communication with hotel lido.... as when on holiday u want this to be as seemless as it can be... currently very clunky.

Negative first. It’s up a hill. Even with the back entrance you still have to walk up a steep hill. You have the best views. The apartments are large and spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped, everything you need is there. Both bathrooms are modern with walk in showers. The living room is large and well lite. You have 3 balconies and can catch rays all day long! The staff are wonderful. I had a problem with washing machine (think it was me), they sorted it. A plug was loose, they sorted it. In both cases, within minutes. So if you are okay with the hill, this is a wonderful place to stay.
