Svar fra overnatningssted: "Thank you so much for your fantastic review! We’re absolutely thrilled that your family of 11 had such a wonderful holiday with us. It’s great to hear you loved the zoo, pools with stunning views, and our tasty food with plenty of variety – our team works hard to keep everything clean and welcoming, so they’ll be over the moon to hear your kind words! We truly appreciate your feedback about the lodge walls – we’re always looking for ways to improve our guests’ comfort, and this is really helpful for us. Despite that, we’re so happy you’d choose to stay with us again! Your whole family is welcome back anytime – we’d love to host you all for another fun-filled getaway! Thanks again for sharing your experience. "

Overall we had a really good time here. We went premium and had 2 lodges in the Bali section with private hot tubs. The lodges were nice with little areas that needed some tlc - the showers were quite limescaley/rusty, the shelf in the bathroom was slanted and had a little block of wood under to keep it up. The rooms ventilation was also really poor leading to A LOT of condensation, even to the point where all the paper in our room was wet and curling up etc. The beds were very firm and not very comfortable. There were mini fridges, a kettle, microwave and Nespresso machine which were useful (the Nespresso machine was a bit temperamental when it would work or not). We requested a bed guard for our son as he is 4 and tends to fall out of the bed without one. There were plenty of wardrobes and drawers for clothes storage for 4 people too. One of the doors to the lodges didn't close by itself and this was left open a couple of times by housekeeping which could've led to personal belongings going missing but as far as we are aware this didn't happen. We also had a wet towel and swimming costume that was drying in the bathroom chucked into a suitcase making the rest of the contents wet too. Not sure why housekeeping done this. The hot tub was definitely the highlight of the lodges for us as the pools were freezing we spent most of our time in the hot tub when not out and about. The food in the restaurants was mostly good. We always found something to eat every day we went. It did get very repetitive towards the end of the week though. The food in the Italian was ok, the pasta was fresh but the portions weren't huge. The dessert selection in the Italian was not as good as the desserts in the buffet. The paella upstairs was very good, we enjoyed that. The starters for the upstairs restaurant was all the same food as the buffet food downstairs too. As we were premium guests we had access to the smaller buffet restaurant which was very nice, as the standard restaurant was very cramped, busy and loud. We did however notice there was a bit more food in the standard restaurant. We ordered pizza delivery once and this was fine except it was cold and late so I think we were the last to receive the delivery. It was edible but we didn't bother ordering again. There were plenty of pools around the resort for smaller kids and older kids/adults, as we went in April the weather wasn't the warmest and the water was quite cold but we did get in a couple of times. There were activities all through out the days spread out across the resort at the main bar and the larger pool area. There is a game section with a pool table and other arcade machines. There is a ping pong table by the larger pool too. Several bars scattered around in all areas by the pools too. There is a games console area too which you need to book a time slot to gain access. There was a small kids club with a little soft play and colouring and other games inside. Our 2 (age 4 and 7) went in a couple of

The place is very outdoorsy, more than i expected. It takes a while to get used to as it is quite a big accommodation. The food is not hot and it is the same every day. The entertainment could also be a lot better, some nights are good and some nights are not the best. The main pool is always very busy and is quite small, considering it is very expensive i would have thought it would be way better, due to the accommodation being big it’s a lot of walking about from your lodge to the square or the pool, You can get a train but sometimes takes a long wait. We booked this hotel due to the reviews being really good and it being a 4 star hotel but i guess some people aren’t honest. The zoo and water park is fantastic but the actual hotel is very disappointing, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

After spending 9 days here, I have a true mixed review. When you get there the first day, it seems to take forever to book you in once you are done they put on a buggy to take you to your room woth luggage and then collect you when your holiday finishes. The place itself is really nice, really clean and looked after with great views of the zoo, and benidorm. The lodges were also very clean, comfy, spacious for what is needed and the room serviced every day with a refill of soft and alcoholic drinks, free WiFi on site where you have to get codes (can have upto 6 devices connected) but the code only lasts 4 hours you do get 4-5 collected from reception. Now onto the actual site, as say we spent 9 days here which is very very hilly but they do have a internal train which runs most the day til midnight which picks you up and drops you near your lodge and also goes to and from Terra Natura and Aqua Natura but it's often quite busy so you either have to wait for the next time it comes hoping it isn't going to be full or take a walk which isnt too great when you've got a push chair. The pools, a few to choose from wasn't overly busy but we went out of UK school holiday term so I can imagine it would get very very busy so may find it hard to get by either pool and the kids ain't allowed any kind of inflatable toys (beach balls/bigger rings) but are allowed a small rubber ring available to purchase from the site shop and you can hire larger towels at 10 euro each deposit and could also hire covered seats/canopy etc at 30 euro fir the deluxe. There you'll also find a mini bar (sometimes busy), The main pool is quite small in comparison to another hotels pools but this is where the action is, water polo, Aqua zumba, mat running and a foam party which goes over the baby pool but only lasts 10 mins then thats it. The shop on site is well stocked with everything you'd need for your stay, However if you only have notes amd need them changing for the little machines, they won't give you change if you ask for it and have to go to reception then once you get there you're lucky if you get sorted in under 10 mins, they definitely put Spanish before anyone else often speaking at least 10 mins before they finally come to you. Let's carry on about the holiday itself, food was to be expected mainly Spanish foods however there was some English food not a great choice though but manageable. Breakfast was probably the better option. Breakfast 7-11 then nothing else till lunchtime which is fine as you'd eaten at breakfast. You can get ham and cheese sandwiches, cheese and onion rolls, sausage rolls, plate of crisps, or doughnuts from the bars. They do have snacks but only served from 16.30-18.00 (this is the better option kebabs, burgers, hot dogs etc) then back to dinnertime from 19.00, then snack bar from 22.00 again til 23.00. However they do have other restaurants where you can book to use (Italian and meat restaurants) and they also will deliver pizza to

Rude staff. Food was not in any order and all over and wasn’t very good for even buffet standards. The kids disco was the same songs ever night. The entertainment on the evening was more cater towards adults than the kids. Beds are hard and the rooms are not very big also no air con in kids bedroom or fan… On the terrace if you get the room upgrades there is no gate to keep kids enclosed from the road. The zoo actually made me physically cry seeing the emaciated animals and poor habitat conditions of a load of different animals chucked in a pen together. Definitely not good value for money and will not be back.

Have been three times for my daughter and myself birthday and really enjoy the zoo part can't really comment about the waterpark because we don't swim or laze about in the sun because we both burn so easily. I had 3 days and nights unwell with Nova virus probably caught it on the plane but the reps were very good and got me a doctor very fast. Despite being ill it won't stop us going back next year, we love it,

I'll start with the positives but please read all including the negatives. It is a lovely, picturesque site. I would say it has a very relaxing atmosphere and is within easy reach of main Benidorm (€9 for taxi or free bus from the site if you get there early enough for the queue). A good base to consider if you want accommodation, pool facilities, bars and restaurants all within a stone's throw and in the most part kept clean and tidy in public areas. Unfortunately this is about all that is super positive. Although the main reason for booking was to relax and get some sun (which we all had plenty of!), our expectations of the site were sadly tarnished. Check-in: A long and disorganised affair. After arriving on our transfer bus we just wanted to get in the lodge, unpack, get changed into more relevant clothing and start relaxing. We were told that our lodge hadn't been cleaned yet and the target time to enter would be at 5pm. We were there at lunchtime so had a few hours to kill. Our luggage was placed into a "secure" room and we were left with next to no information about where things were or what we could do. We found the restaurant and had a bite to eat then sat at the front bar by the main entrance with a drink. Fair play, our lodge was ready at 4pm but we just walked into the "secure room", collected our luggage then waited for a kart to come along to take us to the lodge with no member of staff in sight. After looking into small print it does state the lodges are ready from 5pm so either pack a day bag with suitable attire to change into on arrival if early or book a later flight. Food & Drink: Very hit and miss. Nothing seemed to flow, butter was no-where near the rolls and bread, Rogan Josh one night but no rice, flys everywhere. We thought we would book the Italian one night but was left disappointed as everything was tasteless. The starters were lovely, but the mains all tasted the same and we all ate something different. We didn't stay for pudding. The only positives is that the buffet desserts in the main restaurant were amazing and the pizza delivered to our lodge were really nice! There is a good selection of drinks but I will warn you that they don't sell much in the sense of cider if you're a cider drinker. Cocktails are nice but are pre-mixed. Also, prepare yourself for long queues and "lost in translation" moments at the bar. The only reason we found out that they provide just one cider was because the barman didn't understand soda. The ladies that were in the pool bar though were great, many funny joyful moments had and I would even go as far to say the best service from any of the bars available. Lodge: Accommodation was a decent enough size for us as a family of three. Although, it wasn't cleaned daily and had to go to reception on our last day to ask for toilet roll which wasn't delivered until later that day. We found a dead cockroach in the room that our daughter was in one morning. We were heading out for the da

Walls of lodges are simply not acceptable. Could hear everything around us, banging all night, and even snoring. After visiting I am very surprised that this hotel is rated 4.4 on tripadvisor given the quality of lodges, but it’s also very interesting that so many of the 5 star reviews are from accounts with only a single review/contribution… Floors do not seem to be cleaned properly. Our white socks would turn black after walking round the lodge for 5 mins. Despite paying for ultra all inclusive, we barely got a drink from the bars due to the excessively long queues, which were bypassed by ‘premium’ guests, which was very frustrating after already upgrading from the standard all inclusive. On the plus side, the pools were good, and having access to the zoo and waterpark was great.

We travelled as a big group of 15. Mixed ages from 7-70. Our holiday was 5 star. The resort was not 4 star. It’s looking a bit run down now. The lodge I used had many fixing holes in the walls and ceilings where previous things had been attached. The rooms, bedding and towels were all kept very clean and tidy by the staff. The main dining hall is similar to an old style school canteen, bedlam!! If you have more than 4 in your party you will struggle to get seated near each other at busy times (it was nearly always busy) Some meal times you were missing a utensil or a cup or a glass. As they couldn’t keep up with the stream of people. The food was decent and we could always find something to eat but with the usual random accompaniments. The queues at the bars were at times ridiculous as there wasn’t enough bar staff, or they were at the wrong bar. The water park is amazing and makes the hotel, the onsite pools are not enough to accommodate all the lodges, again the queues for drinks and food at the water park are long and badly organised (queue twice for a food order). Take a drinks carrier of some sort if there are a few in your party. Entertainment on a night was not the best and some nights it was moved to the brand new hotel next door Magic Pirate Island. They should just leave the karaoke on the main stage for people who didn’t want to get the mini train to the new hotel. Was a great holiday but because of our party not the resort.

After reading some reviews we were not sure what to expect, but had no problems. The two bedroom Polynesian was as described, it was up a hill but wait for the internal train and it dropped you off. I would agree with a lot of the reviewers that the pools are cold even when it's hot but you get used to it. The buffet is like most when dealing with large numbers of people no worse or better than the many we have experienced in the past. The zoo and waterpark attached to the hotel is great and both can be accessed from the hotel. We stayed as a couple but the children there all seemed to have a good time, I have to especially thank Sarah on reception we had a request which could have easily dismissed but arranged a dining change for us, in fact all the staff we pleasant helpful and friendly and what was different it really felt genuine.

Let me start by saying: we’re very easy-going, open-minded people. We’re not fussy, we rarely complain, and we always try to find the good in any situation. We also understand that sometimes things go wrong and can’t be helped. But sadly, this holiday left us completely let down, frustrated, and honestly counting down the days until we could go home. Yes, Magic Natura has brilliant features for children – the zoo and water park were absolutely the highlights for our little one. But outside of that, the experience was a stressful, chaotic mess, with poor organisation and a serious lack of care. We arrived at 11am after a long journey (up at 2am for a 6:10am flight from Bristol). On arrival, we were told our room wasn’t ready – fair enough. We were told we’d get a call once it was – but we never did. Meanwhile, we were told to get changed in a filthy, cramped toilet and go wait by the pool. We saw other guests arriving – many without children – and going straight to their rooms. When we asked why, staff gave inconsistent answers and said check-in wasn’t until 5pm. Why then were others getting rooms early? I rang EasyJet Holidays to ask why they’d offer early morning flights if check-in wasn’t until 5pm. They were rude and completely unhelpful – just told me to “be patient” and dismissed the issue. So I filed a formal complaint. At 4:45pm – nearly 6 hours after we arrived – we finally got our room. Our 5-year-old was beyond exhausted. The room was clean, but as soon as we opened a cabinet, the door fell off and nearly hit our child. The towel rail was hanging off too. Maintenance added a screw, but the cabinet door still fell off again later that day. The rooms are worn out and in serious need of attention, and staff weren’t remotely bothered when we reported issues. We’d paid for All Inclusive Plus and were expecting the added perks – welcome pack, quieter restaurants, better food access. We had to chase the welcome pack for days (finally received it on Wednesday), and found out the quiet restaurant was only for Premium guests. Unless you book Premium, there’s no point coming here – Plus doesn’t get you much at all. The buffet was absolute chaos. The food was uncovered and left sitting out – completely exposed – which meant flies were all over it, every day. It was honestly like the flies enjoyed the food more than the guests. Food was often undercooked (we saw a guest throw a pork steak back on the grill because it was raw), and there wasn’t much on offer for children. We avoided the meat entirely after seeing how poorly it was cooked – and due to reports of people falling ill from food poisoning around the resort. We’re not fussy eaters, but the food here made us paranoid. Every day we cleaned our own table. The place was so overcrowded, plates were being smashed left, right, and centre. It’s already busy in early June – God help what it’s like at peak time, because the whole place is clearly understaffed and disorganised. Drinks were ano
