We arrived on Sunday 23rd March 2025 at lunch time. with a swift check in we was given our room key on the 19th floor ( I had emailed prior asking for a high floor) The room was massive in size with twin beds put together, a sofa bed in the lounge area with a table and chairs also. the kitchen area was a bit pointless however had loads of cupboard space, Cooker, Kettle and a full size fridge freezer. although no uninstalls or plates ect. just cups and saucer. The Bathroom was small however functional. The beds were comfy although a little soft. The balcony had a table and chairs and a cracking view all the way to the sea. The pool areas were clean and tidy offering Beer and soft drinks to help yourself, anything stronger you had to go to the lobby bar, although it wasn't far away at all. The restaurant area was clean and tidy with the teams working hard to keep on top of tables and food service. we found the food Good and have been in many hotels where we can say we was disappointed especially for the price we had paid. However I would say we enjoyed the food for the 3 nights we stayed. The entertainment on the first night was terrible however gave us a laugh. we went out the second night and stayed in the 3rd night where the entertainment was much better. Seating was a big issue as the area was full. The bar staff brought some tables and chairs inside for us, as they tried really hard to give great service. Our last day we couldn't keep the room on until we was picked up however we could have a shower in the Gym area before we left. The staff were fantastic even the guy on reception that people had mentioned in previous comments, yes we found him a little grumpy however he looked after us if we needed anything and while sorting the safe I hadn't got cash on me at the time, he gave me the key and said pop back when your ready as we did. We would defiantly return and recommend to friends, Benidorm was great I hadn't been since 1987 when I went with my parents and my wife had never been . The beach was amazing the old town is great and the Jolly Roger pub is defiantly worth a visit. So much to see and do we cant wait to return

This is lovely family feel hotel. Staff are so friendly and helpful. The food was lovely too. The room there is a big bedroom kitchen dinners. Lovely bathroom. Good size balcony with a view. This hotel 10 mins from the beach. It on a bit of hill. Only negative I would say entertainment it mainly for the older people. But some old people did not enjoy it. I like cheeses entertainment not this. I would stay again for the staff as they were lovely

I rated this 2 out 5, 1 point for the food which was good and plenty of choice the other was the bar staff who were attentive and always smiling. As for the rest , my partner hurt her knee because of a faulty table ,the glass top wasn't fitted to the base so when she leant on it , it gave way and she damaged her knee . We waited for someone to attend either a first aider or a manager. I waited 3 hours and they only attended when I called jet2 rep , and she was there in 10 mins. We where offered a wheelchair but declined, Not once did anyone from the hotel ask how she was doing, it was left to jet 2 rep who was brilliant. Also the reception staff are so miserable and unhelpful I've seen more smiles in a funeral parlour. Needless to say we won't be going back.

Arrived on St Patricks Day around lunchtime. Check in was super quick, all explained at reception. Stayed all inclusive for 5 nights as a couple. Entertainment girl was engaging with everyone in the hotel dishing out bucket hats for St Patricks day, Bar staff were amazing. Georgetta I think her name was knew everyone's order before serving. What a talent the hotel have there with her. All the other bar staff were also friendly and engaged with patrons. Food was plentiful, breakfast was adequate but not great if you wanted a fry up, bacon almost inedible, black pudding hardly seen a flame(i know its already cooked but I like a bit of cooking on mine). Other than this plenty of choices of cereals, eggs, omelettes, pastries, cheeses, fruits but only 1 type of cold meat. Lunch and evening meals no complaints at all, plentiful and lots of choices. Drinks at the bar very good measures and little wait time to get a drink with efficient staff. Pool area was nice but think more sunbeds would be needed later in season as only counted 50 around 2 pools Met some wonderful people and had a great time, so good we are going again in April.
